HI-TEMP GRILL CLEANER Ready-to-Use DESCRIPTION This product is a powerful non-corrosive product developed for the removal of carbon build-up, grease, and other oil deposits from grill surfaces. FEATURES • For removal of burnt on animal fats ADVANTAGES BENEFITS • Works on hot grills • No noxious odors DIRECTIONS Read entire container label before using this product. 1. Turn on grill bringing temperature to 350 degrees. Then turn grill off. 2. Use a smooth edge scraper to scrape off any loose soil and/or heavy carbon build-up into the grease collection tray. Empty tray. 3. Take any removable parts to sink and wash in the three compartment sink. 4. Starting at the back of the grill surface and working your way forward, dispense approximately 3-4 oz. of Hi-Temp Grill cleaner on the grill. Spread solution over entire surface of grill using a grill cleaning kit or heat resistant nylon brush. Allow cleaner to soak for one minute. 5. Thoroughly scrub grill surface using a grill cleaning kit. 6. Using extreme caution, starting at the back of the grill, thoroughly flush surface with clean hot water. REPEAT. 7. Wipe grill surface completely dry with clean paper towels. 8. Apply a small amount of fresh shortening to the clean grill surface. Thoroughly coat the grill surface. 9. Empty and clean the grease collection tray. Important: Use extreme caution while cleaning a hot grill. Wear protective heat resistant rubber gloves, safety glasses, and apron when cleaning the grill. Inhalation: Inhalation of concentrated vapors of this product is corrosive. Move victim to fresh air. Seek medical attention. Skin Contact: Product is corrosive to skin. Immediately flush affected area with running water for 15 minutes. Chronic exposure may cause liver, kidney and/or blood disorders. Ingestion: Immediately drink large amounts of water and seek immediate medical attention. DO NOT INDUCE VOMITING. Never give anything to drink to an unconscious person. Section 5.
