19.0 inch Maritime Multi Display (MMD) - TEMPEST Features: The 19 inch TEMPEST display is engineered to provide naval installations with the latest in a combinations of technologies. By merging the COTS maritime standards and military requirements for TEMPEST the unit fulfill severe conditions encountered in naval installations. Standard features include a high contrast optically bonded SXGA LCD, a fully dimmable backlight from 0-100% brightness level, RGB and composite video inputs, picture-in-picture and automatic image scaling. The clarity and enhanced color and image quality provided by our proprietary optical bonding technology makes the unit ideal for information-intense applications.

Lifetime Considerations: Even although the test conditions for bridge units provide for a maximum operating temperature of 55°C, continuous operation of all electronic components should, if possible, take place at ambient temperatures of only 25°C. This is a necessary prerequisite for long life and low service costs.
