TRANSFORMER FULLY-AUTOMATIC UNIT HM756C_R26 is a fully-automatic, six-channel heat treatment unit for preheating and annealing metal workpiece. Output power of the model HM756C_R26 is contactor controlled. Stainless steel casing gives long liftime. Setting, control, monitoring and documentation of heat treatment parameters are carried out by the computerized Heatmasters’ Control System. HM756C_R26 provides accurate heat treatment and easy documentation. HM756C_R26 can be remotecontrolled by gsm data line or radio modems.

Heat treatment parameters are programmed in the memory of the HM-Rigel26 controller using HM20 software and heating can be started at any desired time. HM756C_R26 will carry out the programmed heat treatment process according to the given phases. The process can be minitored using a laptop or following the status from the controller. DATA REGISTRATION The controller registers the achieved heat treatment results in its memory, which enables easy preparation of heat treatment documents. A separate temperature recorder is not needed. CAPACITY HM756C_R26 has six heating channels and six independent programming alternatives. The signal lights of HM756C_ R26 will indicate any disturbances in the electric network and/or in the heating elements, as well as any other disturbances during the heat treatment.

Compensating cable-100 is a single cable for extra T/C of the heating channel. The cable can be integrated to the secondary cable set if so required. Standard length of secondary cable set is 100ft and it can be extended with cable sets mentioned in table. Cables are made of several sets, so they are easier to handle.
Primary conecton can be offered by easy and safe operation, whitout electrical hazards using receptacle.
HM-Rigel26-GSM set enables wireless contact to the heating unit from the PC, alarms to gsm phone and to receive information of the status of the heating process to the gsm phone.
