BornholmerFærgen’s and the travel agency’s provisions regarding the purchase of ferry tickets: Standard ticket and Pensioner ticket: Regular ticket. The ticket can be changed until the time of departure. The Pensioner ticket can only be changed to another time when it is possible to buy at pensioner prices. If the ticket is not cancelled before departure, an extra charge of 20% is charged, at a minimum of DKK 100. Extra charge of DKK 100 for refunds, annulment/changes before departure - for standard or pensioner ticket. No ticket can be refunded later than 3 months after the date of departure. Reduced price ticket: Internet ticket that can be purchased as a one-way ticket. Limitid number of available tickets. Order in plenty of time. Can be purchased at Det lille Rejsebureau A/S. All tickets must be paid in connection with the booking. Tickets are served without additional fee. *Children aged 0-11 are free of charge if the child is escorted by 1 adult or a paying child.
