Turn off the printer, unplug it, and remove the cartridge and print head unit.  Make 50/50 mixture of isopropyl alcohol and water in a cup. Shake the mixture gently; Keep the print head into the mixture for two minutes. Take it out and keep it on the paper towel to observe the moisture.
