How to Use the NB-S2 from PC
! ! ! Step 1. Turn the NB-S2 on to enter the pairing mode. !
From power-off, push power-call button for 5 seconds (To figure out how long 5 seconds shall be, please count the numbers from 1 to 10 in normal speed, which might be 5 seconds). Having the NB-S2 pairing mode, please select the Bluetooth icon from the hidden icon of the bottom panel of the Windows, and click “add a device”.

Step 2. If your device was in visible mode, Windows will detect the new Bluetooth device.

Step 3. Double click on the device icon (NB-S2) to add it to Windows. Windows will install all the necessary Bluetooth related drivers for the device.
(Windows automatically detects the all necessary drivers)
※ 1. Windows start installing the drivers one by one for the first time. 2. Be Patience! It might take 10 minutes or so to install one driver, which might approximately take 40-50 minutes or so to complete the installation. (it depends on the Internet speed and CPU speed of the computer) 3. It will take shorter process for the same Bluetooth chip from same vendor

Step 4. Having the successful driver installation, you can check the “Bluetooth Device Control” from the PC as below, which means you are ready to use the NB-S2 wirelessly from PC.

Step 5. NB-S2 is ready to use. However, to make sure the sound works properly, right-click on the speaker (sound) icon on Windows tray and click on Playback Devices to open Windows sound properties.

Or, go to the Control Panel > Hardware and Sound > Sound to reach the “Windows Sound Properties”.

Windows automatically check and configure the Bluetooth devices based on the configuration of the NB-S2 (ex, Headphones for music streaming, and/or Communication Headphones for Skype communication). Also, user may select either of Headphones or Communication Headphones.
Start Menu also show the NB-S2 on the Bluetooth Devices
※ Tip 1. How to pair and connect the another Bluetooth device with PC, Case 1. Under same brand and model number, take same steps above except for the “new driver installation”, and need to wait till Windows complete the “Configuring Bluetooth service” and the “Bluetooth Device Control” comes out.

Case 2. Under same brand but different model or different brand and different model number, user should take all procedures above as a new device.

※ Tip 2. Switching key between smartphone and PC (it depends on the Bluetooth device’s configuration (such as NB-S2, CS-300, Q500L, etc), so user may try either of one from below) a. Option 1: “Connect and disconnect” of the Music and Audio on the “Bluetooth Device Control” panel as below. b. Option 2: “Turn on and off” the Bluetooth from smartphone
! ※ Tip 3: How to use the multiple point action between smartphone and Windows PC ! 1. Connect with smartphone and PC a. Turn-off the Bluetooth from smartphone, then connect with PC after both devices were already paired b. After connected successfully with PC, then turn the Bluetooth on from smartphone.

2. Case 1: When it has the music streaming from PC and incoming call to smartphone ➛ i) it pauses the music automatically and pick up the phone. ii) then it resumes the music after call ended.

Case 2: When it has the music is streaming from PC and start (play) the music from smartphone at the same time ➛ i) it keeps music streaming from PC and not a streaming from smartphone. (first connect, first play) ii) disconnect the “Music and Audio” panel from PC, then you can start steaming from smartphone iii) connect the “Music and Audio” panel from PC and pause the music from smartphone, then it resume music streaming from PC

Case 3: When it has the music streaming from smartphone and incoming Skye from PC, then music start pause and let Skype talking, and as soon as Skype ends Music streaming start resuming
