How to install eConcierge Toner Ordering Program
Begin by downloading the eConciege program. You can find this at www.rotcsolutions.com/. Our Home Page is pictured above. Click on the button that says “Customer Center” to go to the next screen. This button is highlighted in the example above.
Click on the button that says “eConcierge”. This button is highlight in the example above. This program is compatible with Mac and Windows computers.

3 4 5 On this screen you can setup your Login information for the eConcierge Toner Ordering Program. Please create a User ID, Password, Security Question and check mark the box for “I agree”. The Password must be at least 8 characters long, have an uppercase letter, lowercase letter, a number and a special characters such as an $. When you are finished, click on “Next” to go to the next screen.

11 12 On this screen, please setup your account with the correct information. Please Enter you First Name, Last Name, Company Name, Address, Country, City, State, Zip Code, Phone Number. Please also answer the captcha code in the final blank at the bottom of the screen.
On this screen you should see a message saying “Account Created Successfully” Click “Ok”.
Please select what type of computer you are downloading the program onto. Click the down arrow to select between Mac OS X and Windows. Click download to begin downloading the eConcierge Toner Ordering Program. You should see an indicator on your screen that shows the progress of the download. In my example, I am using Google Chrome.
Please wait patiently as the download may take a few minutes. When the download is competed, please click on it to begin the installation of the program.

Download complete. Please click on this button
You may see the following screen. Please click “Run”. This box will close and the installation will begin shortly after.
You will see a loading screen box as shown to the left. Please wait patiently as your computer may take a minute or two to finish loading. After the loading screen finishes, it will ask you to choose your language. Click “Ok” to advance to the next screen.

On this screen, Please type in your User ID and password. Then click “Next” to login.
Please wait patiently for loading screen to finish. When the loading screen finishes you will see this screen. Click “Finish” to close this window and the eConcierge Toner Ordering Program will open up.
When the program opens up, Please click “Next”.
Please click “Next” again to advance to the next screen.
Checkmark the box that says “Same as Contact Information” and click next.
On this screen, please select what notifications you would like to receive. These notifications inform you about rewards, promotions and when you are low on toner. Click “Next” to advance to the next screen.
Please wait patiently for the program to detect your Xerox printer. If it can not detect your Xerox printer. Please enter your printers IP address in the “Search” blank.
After entering your printer’s IP address into the serach, it should allow you to add it as shown in the example to the left. Click “Add” to advance to the next screen.
My printer has now been added to the list. Click on “Next” to advanced to the next screen.
