How to set P2P access in your Vu-Tec Analogue HD (AHD) DVR? This manual is for 2MPix kits from our store: For more details please visit: http://www.vu-tec.com In short: Default login details (DVR): Login: admin Password: (leave this blank) Working environment: DVR must be connected to the Internet. When it is connected properly the LED’s beside “LAN” slot (back of device) are blinking. Download the App: Goolink Step by step: 1. To set anything in your DVR- you must be logged in. For log in: - Right click anywhere (to see the context menu): - Go to: Start> Login - Enter your login details. Default settings: User: admin Password: (no password, leave this spot empty) - Click on Login 2. From context menu select: Setting - Go to Network> Network Setting - Make sure that checkbox “DHCP” is checked. 3. Go to Device> QR Code 4. On your phone: Search for Goolink App in google Play Store (AppStore iTunes for iPhone), find the Goolink app, then install it into your smartphone. It's free. Goolink App When you open Goolink: - Tap "add" icon, you can add new devices. - To set P2P you should choose "Two-dimensional code scanning" 5. Scan the QR Code from the screen shown in Step 3. After this fill the form: Name: your own name of the CCTV system UID: this is your ID from QR Code (equals Device Serial No.) User: (default) admin Password: (default: blank) Or: enter your DVR password Channel Number: tap to the proper number of channels from your machine. Done!  Now you are able to see your cameras in your remote device. problems/ FAQs reason/ how to solve the problem/ explanation Problem with scanning QR Code If you have any trouble with scanning the QR Code you can also type it manually. In Goolink App go to: menu (right/down corner icon)> devices> tap on "Add" button, choose "manually enter" and fill the form as shown above (step 5), this time in "GID" section type Device serial No. You can find it in DVR menu: Go to Setting>Device and wright down the combination of digits and letters from: "Device serial No." section- in DVR Device menu to GID section in your App. Trouble with connection when using WiFi from the same local network as DVR is connected with. Sometimes, depending on your local internet configuration you may face with issue described in this section. To solve this problem try to disconnect your phone from your WiFi and use only "Mobile data". Anyway this is not a common situation. Feel free to use any WiFi over the world.
