How to Use Jump Starter Power Bank Car Kit
To Charge Other Devices (Mobile Phones) :
To Start Your Car：
Specification:
To start your car, please make sure the Power Bank is pre-charged(at least 60%), then connect red clip to the car battery positive “+” and black clip to the car battery negative “-”. Inserting the plug into the jump start socket, and start the vehicle. Once the car is started, please disconnect the plug and remove the battery clips from the car battery.

To Charge 19V Notebook : 1. Select a laptop connector that fit to your 19V notebook, using it to connect the DC power wire to the input port of the laptop. Plug the other end of the DC power wire into the 19V Output of the Power Bank. 2. Press the Power Bank Start Switch( ), then charging should starts automatically

1. Press the Power Bank Start Switch( ), and you should notice the USB 5V Export light in Red. 2. Connect the Power Bank with your mobile device (cell phone, iPod touch, MP3 player, speaker...etc) with a USB cable. 3. Charging should starts automatically

To Use It As A Flashlight: Press and hold the Start Switch( ) for 3 seconds to turn on the flashlight. Press once again to switch the lighting modes Light On (stable)>Quick Flashing>SOS>OFF
To Turn Off The Jump Starter Power Bank : The Power Bank will power off automatically when no load or charging is complete
Safety And Maintenance 1. Always make sure the blue plug of jumper cable is securely connect to the Propel Power Bank before jump starting the vehicle. 2. Always make sure the jump clamps are securely connected to the car battery. If the vehicle battery connector is rusted or dirty, clean it before jump starting the vehicle. 3. DO NOT jump start after 3 failing attempts, and check your vehicle with a mechanic. 4. DO NOT coonect the two clamps to each other. 5. DO NOT disassemble the power bank. Failure to read and follow manual / instructions before use could result in electrical shock or other hazards causing serious injury and property damage. This product is not a toy; please keep out of children's reach. Do not expose the product to rain or water. Do not modify, disassemble, drop, or crush product. Keep away from open flame or sunlight to prevent heat build-up. Keep away from high voltage devices. Please insure that all persons who use this product read and follow warnings and instructions. Charge only at ambient temperatures between-20 ℃ and 60℃ Charge only using the charger provided with the power bank Under extreme conditions, battery leakage may occur. Carefully wipe the liquid off using a cloth and avoid skin contact In case of skin or eye contact, rinse immediately with clean water and seek medical attention At the end of its useful life, please recycle the power bank
