HTB-N815DV The Kenwood Fineline™ HTB-N815DV Networked Home Theater System merges high-end home entertainment with personal computers and delivers the ultimate home theater experience. A powerful A/V control center incorporates ADI SHARC® 32-bit DSP processing and high-resolution digital volume control for pin-point audio performance--from the loudest explosion to the most subtle musical passage. Dolby® Digital EX and DTS®-ES 96/24 and Dolby Pro Logic IIx put you right in the middle of all the action, while the PurePath Digital™ power amplifier delivers 130 Watts to each of six channels. The receiver's rear-panel Ethernet connector lets you play audio and video files from your computer to your home theater system. The result is a vast improvement in picture and audio quality, while an on-screen GUI operation makes it easy to find and play all your digital media (movies, music and photos). A front-panel PC card slot also accepts media card adapters so you can even display pictures from digital cameras over your home theater. And if it's bass you want, the Kenwood Fineline™ powered subwoofer has a built-in 100-watt amplifier and 6½" woofer for low frequency effects that add depth and drama to games and movies. The two-way center channel and surround speakers each feature dual woofers, and two-way left and right tower speakers (with four woofers each) engulf the room with the chilling realism of a live performance. The HTB-N815DV will also dramatically enhance the experience of popular video games. Features that gamers are sure to appreciate are the automatic source mode selection and dual-source/singlezone operation. The single-disc DVD player's progressive scan video output delivers an outstanding picture with HD-ready TVs and monitors, and in addition to DVDs and CD-R/RWs it will play MP3/WMA video files and JPEG photo CDs. The HTB-N815DV system looks especially clean with today's popular plasma and flat screen TVs.
