Dolby® Digital EX and DTS®-ES 96/24 and Dolby Pro Logic IIx put you right in the middle of all the action, and the HTB-S720DV is 7.1 channel surround sound output ready with Dolby® Digital EX, so you can add a seventh speaker later if you choose. Ideal for gamers, the HTBS720DV includes Dolby® Headphone, Dolby Virtual Surround, and front panel audio/video game inputs with automatic source and surround mode selection for simple plug and play. Dual source/single zone operation allows users to play video games through headphones while others listen to their favorite music. For low frequency effects, the Kenwood Fineline™ powered subwoofer has a built-in 100 Watt amplifier and 6½" woofer for smooth and accurate bass that adds drama and excitement to movies. The speaker package is equally impressive and includes 2-way left and right tabletop speakers with removable grilles, three surround speakers with built-in wall brackets and a center channel with two woofers and a tweeter. The single-disc DVD player's progressive scan video output delivers an outstanding picture, and in addition to DVDs and CDs, it will play the latest formats like CD-R/RWs, MP3/WMA video files, JPEG photo CDs, and DivX video.
