HTH-8 Universal High-Temperature Camera Housing Benefits • High-Temperature Operation
The HTH-8 High-Temperature Camera Housing will operate in ambient temperatures up to 200ºF. Passages within the housing provide fast transfer of heat to the cooling medium.
• Indoor or Outdoor Use
The HTH-8 housing is designed to protect 1/3”, 1/2” and 2/3” format CCD cameras from extreme heat and adverse weather conditions. It can be used for indoor or outdoor applications.
• Quick Disconnect Fittings
The HTH-8 high-temperature housing features quick disconnect fittings for the cooling source, which can be air from a Demon III Cooling Device or circulating plant water.
• Universal
The HTH-8 housing mounts to all standard furnace mounting brackets and/or fixed and remote controlled pan and tilt devices.
• Air Cooling Option
The Demon III Cooling Device (an option for the HTH-8) is a compact, virtually maintenance-free cooler for use with the high-temperature and dust-proof camera housings.
The Demon III cooler operates from plant air and it can cool 100-degree compressed air to near freezing level. Its vortex design involves no moving parts, so there is practically no maintenance. Fabricated from stainless steel, it can be located in many hostile environments.
