Troubleshooting guide If your Beamz unit is not functioning as you would expect, please see the guildelines below before considering return.   During transit, it is possible for the arms of this unit to become slightly mis-aligned. Should you experience a problem with the lasers not registering on your PC or not functioning correctly, please follow the simple instructions below. If your unit still does not function correctly after following these guides please contact your retailer for advice. Lasers correctly aligned with arms Laser incorrectly aligned with arm. Gently push the arm back into position until the laser is aligned. DO NOT force the arm.     Laser  Adjustment  Guide     1. Remove  Center  Snap  on  Parts     a. Gently  pull  from  the  bottom  of  the  part  (See  Image  1  below)       Image  1Remove  center  parts   2.  Horizontal  Adjustment   a. Use  an  0.35  Inch  Hex  L-­‐key,  Short-­‐arm,  .035"  Hex,  1-­‐5/16"  Length   b. Locate  set  screw  through  square  opening  in  plastic  (2  from  the  front,  2  from  the  back)   c. Turn  Hex  L-­‐key  clockwise  or  counter  clockwise  to  make  adjustment  to  the  laser  beam       Image  2  Adjustment  Location     3. Vertical  Adjustment   a. Remove  six  screws  (See  Image  3)   b. Remove  cover  plate   c. Use  an  0.35  Inch  Hex  L-­‐key,  Short-­‐arm,  .035"  Hex,  1-­‐5/16"  Length   d. Locate  set  screw   e. Turn  Hex  L-­‐key  clockwise  or  counter  clockwise  to  make  adjustment  to  the  laser  beam     Image  3  Remove  Screws       Image  4  Locate  Set  Screw  for  Vertical  Adjustment   4. 5. Reassemble  Cover  Plate   Snap  on  Side  Parts   a. Align  top  tab  and  bottom  snaps   b. Push  together  in  one  motion
