ClearDigital™ Power ClearSounds® has developed the first and only fully digital “smart” amplified land line phone. Moving to a fully digital platform offers improvements in three key areas: 1. Performance: delivers intelligible sound in the volume & frequency ranges with more flexibility at higher levels without feedback, static or line bleed noise. 2. Reliability: reduced component count substantially reduces points of failure by up 50-75% in the manufacturing process and in the field. 3. Adaptability: the phone’s powerful brain understands its environment, reads the environment and adjusts accordingly to deliver the best sound. It recognizes the difference between “noise” on the line and the human voice and will eliminate feedback and garbage noise in the conversation.
Maximum Amplification Maximum amplification ranges from 96 decibels SPL to 130 decibels SPL.
Controls Background Noise Sound management technology not only amplifies the volume but adjusts the frequencies and reduces the background noise in order to clarify the sound of the caller’s voice.
Vision Product Low vision features include extra large buttons, amber backlighting on the display and keypad and on select models, talking Caller ID and talking keypad. Manuals are printed in a font designed by the American Foundation for the Blind.
Low Vision (Talking Features) Talking functions include talking Caller ID, talking keypad and talking phonebook, which can be easily turned off or on. Talking features are ideal for people with low vision or with mobility challenges.

Emergency Response The ER functionality operates using wireless FM technology to provide a remote activation mechanism from the pendant to the auto dialing device in the phone. When activated, the phone will auto dial the preprogrammed numbers.
Slow Speech Some products offer adjustable playback speed for answering machine messages.
Infrared System Infrared technology in a listening system involves the transfer of audio signals via invisible infrared light waves. Because infrared can not penetrate walls, this technology provides complete privacy when viewing TV.
