PORTABLE VIDEO SURVEILLANCE KIT
The Vcmd (Video Command) Portable Surveillance Kit is designed for deployment in a wide variety of environments. External Fixed and PTZ IP cameras can be connected to the unit providing a wide variety of deployment options. I2C’s Video Management Software (VMS) coupled with the Dynamic I/O Gateway allows the Vcmd to take advantage of analytics embedded in the cameras as well as from external sensors (motion, door contacts, panic buttons, etc). The VX400 uses analytics as (1) filters for managing and quickly retrieving video archives; (2) as triggers to initiate alerts and alarms; and (3) to automatically control PTZ viewing angles and close-ups. The Vcmd comes equipped with its own on-board ruggedized video server for local recording and a cellular data modem for remote camera control, system access, and archive uploading. The cellular modem supports all national cellular carriers and includes Wi-Fi for local setup and access from a wide variety of handheld and mobile devices. The system can be powered with both 120VAC as well as 12VDC.
