The HRP S’Touch is equipped with the unique patented « Easy to Go » system. The printhead is rinsed out after use. This ensures permanent cleaning and easy start up after a prolonged break in production Tiflex has developped the HRP S’Touch for all your high definition printing needs, text, logos, barcodes (GS1 128, datamatrix, QR codes …) on non-porous printing material (glossy or varnished paper and cardboard). A special quick drying ink developped by Tiflex is used with this printer. The standard printing size is 34mm, with a speed of 60 m/minute.

New European cosmetics regulation Don’t wait for the new European regulation to be implemented to take action! The new regulation (EC) No 1223/2009 of the European Parliament and European Council of 30 November 2009 with respect to cosmetic products will enter fully into force on 11 July 2013. As from that date no form of non compliance shall be permitted and responsibility will be assigned to manufacturers and distributors. This regulation concerns all a product’s components and particularly imposes detailed product traceability:

A complete package (standard uniform logistics unit) should preferably be identified by means of a label. This label can be printed on the carton, so long as the print quality allows for easy barcode scanning. Transport of Hazardous substances New GHS / CLP regulations The GHS and CLP pictograms for hazardous substances have been modified by the European Union in its regulations for the Classification, Labelling and Packaging No. 1272/2008. They are now depicted in the shape of a lozenge with a red border in compliance with the global harmonisation norms for classification and labelling in order to ensure the safety of persons exposed to these substances and the protection of the environment. The use of these pictograms has become mandatory since December 2010 for pure or undiluted substances. For mixed or diluted substances the new labelling system will be applicable from the 1st of June 2015.

The client has gained in efficiency in its shipping operations to the Arab world.

On products shipped to the North African countries, this client is therefore obliged to print their text in Arabic. This text is easily printed on a Hitachi printer. To meet this client’s needs, Tiflex has developed a software which converts Unicode fonts from Word, to Hitachi code. The client can therefore copy / paste the Arabic text from a Word document towards the printer rapidly.
