If there is no video output via HDMI, pls try VGA cable connecting to another monitor. So keep the dvr connecting to one monitor via HDMI cable, and at the same time to another monitor via VGA cable. Login the dvr and adjust the output resolution Main Menu——System——GUI Display Select 1024*768 or 1280*720 and see if the HDMI Output works. Then keep the resolution at the resolution that works with HDMI output.
