Inbound Call Centre Customer Service Representatives Seasonal Position Ending September 8, 2013 (Possibility of Position Becoming Permanent Full-Time after September 8th) Accountable to the Guest Relations Manager and/or Guest Relations Supervisors, the Inbound Call Center Customer Service Representative is responsible for responding to guest inquires in the call center. This includes transferring calls, answering questions, handling sales transactions, resolving guest complaints and troubleshooting problems that may arise. Responsibilities: Respond to guest inquiries through email, telephone and/or in person Handle sales transactions Research required information using available resources Handle and resolve guest complaints Provide customers with product and service information Data entry to process orders, forms and applications Identify priority issues and route call to appropriate resource Follow up on guest calls where necessary Complete call logs Other duties as assigned Qualifications: 1-2 years of experience in a call center environment Effectively able to listen to guest concerns and resolve them in a diplomatic, calm manner. Skilled in customer service principles and practices Some previous cash handling experience Proficient in MS Word, Excel. Experience in Patrons Edge considered an asset. Strong data entry/keyboard skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent problem solving skills Good organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and in a team atmosphere Ability to work well in a stressful environment Ability to work weekends & holidays
