The documentary evidence of partnership/dealership with manufacturer/OEM. Letter of Authorization from OEM indicating that the bidder is authorized to bid for this specific tender. Backend support commitment letter from the OEM specific to this tender. Submit proof of adequate facilities and manpower (technical staff) to support the technology indicated in this tender. Registration number of the bidder firm along with the LST/CST/WCT No. and the PAN Number allotted by the concerned authorities. Bank guarantee of 10%, of the contract amount to be submitted on being awarded the contract. This will be returned at end of Warranty period. Details regarding the provision of support during warranty/AMC. The bidder must ensure: a) The quoted audio/projection equipment are of high standard quality like JBL, Bose, SONY etc. b) Quote price for each of the components and also the total amount as per the tender document c) Quote only for the product specified in the tender or equivalent to it. No changes in the configuration or deviation from the tender document will be permitted. d) Need not suggest any alternative product or different configuration in the same product. e) Equipment should be supplied within 10 days of awarding the order f) Deployment of qualified and experienced manpower for the installation and Commissioning of the equipment to the full satisfaction of competent authority. g) Configure and install the above tendered equipment as per the industry standard and compatibility requirements of associated equipment and systems.
