Only 12% of its original area – the size of the U.S. eastern seaboard from Maine to South Carolina – remains and only 7% of it is well conserved. Forest restoration activities are essential to rebuild the Atlantic Forest. The Conservancy is working with local partners to bring the Atlantic Forest back from the brink – restoring 1 million acres of land by helping plant 1 billion trees by 2015. Terra Toner warrants our compatible imaging supplies to be free from defects in both material and workmanship. At our option, Terra Toner will replace the item and/or refund the full purchase price of any item found to be unsatisfactory. In addition, we further warrant that our products will not cause damage, deterioration or abnormal wear in any compatible machine for which it was originally designed. This warranty covers all equipment used within the manufacturer's specifications and does not include acts of God or nature. If a defect in any Terra Toner product is found to be the sole cause of damage to any equipment, Terra Toner will reimburse the customer for a complete repair. This warranty is dependent upon the customer providing Terra Toner with satisfactory evidence that the damage was due to a defect in a Terra Toner product. All claims must be accompanied with an invoice from the authorized service company that performed the repair. The invoice must clearly indicate the specifics of the repair along with contact information of the field service technician that was dispatched. Return of the defective product is required and must be clearly marked with an official Terra Toner issued RMA on the outside of the package. Any sign of tampering with the product by non-Terra Toner personnel will void this warranty. Terra Toner's liability shall be limited to repair, replacement or reimbursement as stated above.
