SETUP MAILBOX PROCEDURE
Press this key to terminate current call and re-seize dial tone. Feature Used to activate terminal setup functions and to program One-Touch keys. Answer When the LED on this key is flashing, press the key to answer a waiting call.
DESI Less 8 Button Hold Menu Press this key to put a call on hold From this key, the user may access additional functions such as Call History and Directory.
Transfer Allows the extension user to transfer a call or make a second call.
Press Centre Button (enter key-shortcut key) Dial 2 = Voicemail THE DISPLAY SCREEN WILL SHOW – LSTN – GREET – LVMSG -MORE To Record Greeting Press Soft Key under GREET THE DISPLAY SCREEN WILL SHOW – GR1, GR2, GR3 Select GR1 THE DISPLAY SCREEN WILL SHOW – LSTN – RECORD – ERASE Select RECORD (When finished recording select DONE.
Speaker Controls built-in speaker, which can be used for Hands Free Dialling/Monitoring. LED on key lights when key is active.
SELECT CALL FORWARD OPTION TO VOICEMAIL
Soft Keys Help Any feature shown at the bottom of the LCD is available. The appropriate feature key is displayed on the screen according to the call handling process.
Explanations of the Soft keys can be called up on the LCD by pressing this key. Exit

The user can exit from the Help Mode by pressing this key.
If there is a Key enabled which has been labelled CFBNA on your phone Press this key once Press 1 to Set THE DISPLAY SCREEN WILL SHOW – NOT SET Dial Pilot Number for Voicemail = 200 (unless otherwise instructed) Press Speaker Key (bottom of handset) to EXIT. The CFBNA will illuminate RED when set.
IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A CFBNA KEY LABELLED ON YOUR PHONE CARRY OUT THE FOLLOWING PROCEDURE.
