[email protected]. RETIREMENT Chief Financial Officer Dave Magers will retire from COUNTRY Financial Jan. 2. He has 35 years of service to COUNTRY and the Illinois Farm Bureau Family of Companies. Magers began his COUNTRY career in 2003 as vice president of Property and Casualty Operations before being named CFO later that year. Prior to that time, he was vice president of finance and treasurer for the Illinois Farm Bureau, a position he held since 1998. In that capacity, he was responsible for the treasury, cash management and risk management for ® COUNTRY and other Illinois Agricultural Association affiliated companies. He became controller for the Illinois Farm Bureau in 1988. In addition, Magers served in various accounting and finance related positions from 1977 to 1988 with GROWMARK Inc., a Farm Bureau agricultural supply company. After retirement, Magers plans to continue pursuing his lifelong interest in personal collector cars.

In no event shall the IAA be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, special, incidental, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, loss of business, revenue, profits, use, data or other economic advantage), however arising, whether in an action of contract, negligence of other tortious action, arising out of or in connection with disputes with other users, the use of information available from this newsletter, or the performance of this newsletter, even if the IAA has been previously advised of the possibility of such damages. User agrees to hold the IAA (and its officers, directors, agents, affiliates, subsidiaries, joint ventures, and employees) harmless from, and covenants not to take any legal or other action against the IAA asserting any such claims.
