 Wire cutters CB-WLBX-31 Junction Box for Bullet Camera Installation Guide 1. 1 According to your site requirements, select either side conduit installation or bottom conduit installation (see figures below). Pass the required cable through the waterproof compression gland. Then tightly screw the compression gland clockwise onto the side or bottom conduit hole. 3 Feed the camera cables through the upper plate of the junction box. Then attach the camera to the upper plate by screwing the three supplied M4x8L screws clockwise. Product Overview FIGURE 2-4: ATTACH CAMERA TO UPPER PLATE 4 Waterproof Compression Gland Feed the cables through the waterproof rubber sealing on the rear of the upper plate. Then insert the cables through the holding bracket plate and screw the three supplied screws. Installation and Mounting Package Contents Check if everything in the package matches your purchase order form and packing slip. The package should include the following items:        1x Junction box 1x Waterproof compression gland 3x M4x8L screws 3x M3x0.5P 8mm SUS screws 4x TP4 25mm tapping screws 4x Plastic anchors 1x Printed quick guide FIGURE 2-5: CABLE PREPARATION FIGURE 2-2: BOTTOM CONDUIT JUNCTION BOX INSTALLATION 2 Drill four holes (diameter 6mm/0.25”, depth 30mm/1/2”) on the site surface. Hammer the four plastic anchors into the drilled holes. Fix the junction box onto the designated surface by fastening the four supplied TP4 25mm tapping screws with the four plastic anchors. The required holes and screws number depends on your choice of Single Gang or Dual Gang mounting. 5 Feed the cables inside the junction box and connect to the cable exiting from the bottom or side conduit hole. Attach the junction box to the upper plate and bullet camera by fastening the three M3x0.5P 8mm SUS screws. Please contact your dealer if any item is missing. Required Tools Use the following tools to complete the installation:     A drill A hammer A Phillips head screwdriver A torx wrench FIGURE 2-3: FASTEN JUNCTION BOX TO MOUNTING SURFACE FIGURE 2-6: ATTACH JUNCTION BOX TO UPPER PLATE 6 The junction box and bullet camera are assembled and attached to the site surface according to the site requirements (bottom conduit installation shown below). FIGURE 2-7: COMPLETED MOUNTING ASSEMBLY Notes  For waterproofing, it is recommended to apply 3M rubber tape over the cables that are fed through the bottom or side conduit hole. The holes for wall/surface mount are 6mm/0.25” diameter. Use screws of 5-5.5mm/0.2-0.22” diameter. Make sure that the drilled holes are of correct size to ensure proper installation. When drilling the hole, please make sure the wall/surface thickness is greater than 50mm/2” in order to maintain its structural integrity.
