INSERT INPUT CONNECTOR END OF POWER BUTTON CABLE THROUGH WASHER, EQUIPMENT BRACKET, LOCK WASHER, THEN HEX NUT, AS SHOWN IN ILLUSTRATION 1. NOTE: IF EQUIPMENT BRACKET IS BLANK AND DOES NOT INCLUDE A THRU HOLE LOCATION FOR THE REMOTE POWER CABLE, A HOLE MUST BE DRILLED. USE A MINIMUM 3/4" AND MAXIMUM 7/8" DIAMETER DRILL BIT TO DRILL HOLE. POWER BUTTON 2. MAKING SURE THAT POWER BUTTON IS IN CORRECT ORIENTATION (SEE ILLUSTRATION 2), TIGHTEN HEX NUT TO FASTEN POWER BUTTON CABLE ONTO EQUIPMENT BRACKET. TORQUE TO 35 IN-LBS. POWER BUTTON CABLE IS SHOWN INTENTIONALLY SHORT IN THIS VIEW (ACTUAL LENGTH IS APPROXIMATELY 20 FEET) C 4. ROUTE POWER BUTTON CABLE TO THE DOCKING STATION. 5. CONNECT INPUT CONNECTOR END OF CABLE TO REMOTE POWER CONNECTOR LOCATED ON FRONT OF DOCKING STATION (SEE DETAIL VIEW A). A NOTE: MAKE SURE CABLE HAS GRADUAL BENDS TO PREVENT DAMAGE TO CABLE. EXCESS CABLE LENGTHS SHOULD BE ROUTED INTO A CIRCULAR LOOP WITH AS LARGE A DIAMETER AS POSSIBLE. KEEP CABLES OUT OF PINCH ZONES. B B 6. USE ZIP TIES TO STRAIN RELIEVE CABLE.
