PRODUCT OVERVIEW
BlueShield49 Sealants is a preventive sealant capable of sealing punctures in the tread area caused by objects up to 16mm in diameter. It also avoids slow air leaks. It seals punctures instantly and permanently in up to 95% of the cases and up to 75% in tube-type tires. Regardless of the type of tire, BlueShield49 Sealants cannot seal sidewall punctures, cracks or asymmetrical damage. Please contact us if your motorcycle uses TPMS.
RECOMMENDATIONS
Apply the recommended BlueShield49 Sealants dosage for your tire. Before installation, for your own safety, always inspect your tires (and tubes) for any damages, defects or tears. When installing the product, wear safety gloves and goggles (or face shield). Once installed, wash your hands with water and soap. To complete the installation, inflate the tires to the recommended pressure. Then immediately drive your vehicle to allow the sealant to spread evenly inside your tires. Check your tire pressure frequently and inspect tires, valves, and tubes regularly.
IN CASE OF PUNCTURE
For Motorcycles
an object has been in the tire for a long time, it will be more difficult to seal because rubber conforms to the shape of the puncturing object. In extreme cold temperatures, rubber stiffens and loses flexibility. In tires with tubes, a small (or broken) object may have perforated the tire and remain hidden, perforating the tube. If the product is not installed and you are using it to repair a puncture, follow the installation instructions (do not remove puncturing objects if any). If there are not any perforating objects, inflate the tire to the recommended pressure and ride your motorcycle immediately. If an object has punctured your tire, inflate the tire to the recommended pressure. Remove the puncturing object and ride your motorcycle immediately. If the leak persists, inflate the tire to the recommended pressure and use a hammer to bend the rubber around the punctured area. Inflate the tire again to the recommended pressure and ride your motorcycle immediately. If the leak persists, remove the plug with an awl to allow a new one to form, inflate the tire and drive immediately. Make sure the puncture is sealed. Then inflate tires to the recommended pressure. BlueShield49 Sealants is easily washed out with water and soap.
Please note that the following may reduce Blueshield49 Sealants’ effectiveness: inappropriate tire pressure and/or insufficient product quantity, or puncturing object left in the tire. If

Core in the inside Valve
Turn the wheel, put the valve on the lower part of the wheel and extract the core from the inside (1)
Using a razor cut the top of the container at the first notch
Screw the cannula onto the lid of the container and cut 1cm from the tip
Connect the hose to the valve and cannula Put all the sealant in using the thruster
(1)
Clean the inside of the valve with air pressure. Put the core on, inflate the tire, put the blue cap on, and spin tire immediately to distribute sealant
If a blockage occurs, do not force the thruster. Disconnect the hose from the valve and use air pressure to clean the inside of the valve. Make sure that there is no blockage in the transparent hose or in the cannula. After completing these steps, continue with the installation.
