Exempt from this guarantee are damages due to improper use, wear and tear or damages which have to be led back on wear or interventions by third parties. The guarantee does not cover subsequent damages or such defects that only insignificantly impair the value or the usability of the doorboard/sound system. The guarantee does not cover damages due to external influences. Doorboards with additional or wrong assembly drill holes cannot be returned. These are damages to the doorboard which cannot be repaired again.

Installation Instructions Product-Ident: 69900-Premium 2 Disassembly of the door card 2.1 Roll down window completely. 2.2 Unclip the switch unit for the window lifter (A) and carefully unclip it. Unscrew the screw underneath.
2.3 Press the switch of the rear-view mirror (B) (driver’s side) and disconnect the cable plugs.
2.4 Unscrew crosshead screw behind the door latch lever (C).
2.5 Carefully pry out the grill of the door handle (D) and remove the 2 screws underneath.
2.6 Pry out the grills (E) + (F) and remove the screws underneath.
2.7 Carefully pry out the entrance light(G) and remove the screw underneath. 2.8 Remove the 2 screws (H1 + H2)on the bottom edge of the door card. 2.9 Lift the door card out of the sealing above and simultaneously move it horizontally and forward away from the inner door metal. 2.10 Remove the Bowden pull wire of the door latch lever. 2.11 Unplug switch for electric window control and entrance light.

Installation Instructions Product-Ident: 69900-Premium 3 Woofer installation: Original mount of the car door The original speaker in the door door is replaced by the JEHNERT 165mm Power Woofer:
3.1 Disconnect the original loudspeaker plugs and dismount the original speaker (without adapter ring). Remark: The original speaker connection is used for the adaptation of the crossover »Input«. 3.2 Drill a hole (approx. 7mm) into the plastic cover behind the crossover for the connection of the speaker. 3.3 Install the JEHNERT-crossover according to fig. (without enclosure): Lead the speaker cable through the hole on the plastic to the speaker and affix the crossover with the screw 3,9x13 provided through the coil of the plastic part. 3.4 Connect and insert the JEHNERT woofer and mount with the 3 original screws. In order to avoid vibration noise secure all cables with insulating tape e.g. Notice: You should check the polarity of the woofer after having connected them to the crossover circuit with a 9 volt battery (input cable on the side of the amplifier): pole of the crossover circuit input + to + of a 9 Volt battery pole of the crossover circuit input - to - of a 9 Volt battery The woofer must move uniformly! Wrong polarity of a woofer can totally equalize the bass sound! 3.5 Connect the crossover - input with the original speaker cable.

Installation Instructions Product-Ident: 69900-Premium 4 Midrange-tweeter-module: installation on the A-pillar 4.1 Disassemble the A-pillar. 4.2 Position the midrange-module on the front side of the A-pillar (see fig.): - align the round part of the module exactly to the round part of the lining - now there is a distance to the bottom (see fig.)

4.3 Mark the position of the screws pre-mounted - press firmly. Mark the position of the screws with a thin piercer. 4.4 Pre-drill the wholes for all M4-screws with a 5mm drill. 4.5 Mark and cut-out the speaker holes. 4.6 Install the midrange-module and secure with washers and M4-nuts.

Installation Instructions Product-Ident: 69900-Premium 4.7 Adapt the crossover-input with the original tweeter cable.Connect the plug: the black cable has to be connected with the cable marked.

4.8 Insert the crossover in the open part in the dashboard and secure a tight fit. In order to avoid vibration noise insulate all cables with insulating tape e.g. 4.9 Adapt the JEHNERT speakers and insert. 4.10 Re-install the A-pillar.

Installation Instructions Product-Ident: 69900-Premium 5 Installation of amplifier 5.1 Remove the passenger seat: Unscrew the 4 screws (Torx 40) on the slide rails and tip the seat backwards (because of the belt). 5.2 Remove the driver's seat: Unscrew the 4 screws (Torx 40)on the seat rails, tip the seat backwards and please observe the cable of the seat sensor. 5.3 Remove the cover of the battery. 5.4 Place of installation of the amplifier: under the co-passenger's seat. Cut-out the outlines of the amplifier in the floor mat with a carpet knife. 5.5 In order to affix the amplifier in the metal of the seat console (see fig., screw on the left side above) drill a hole with a 5mm drill. 5.6 Screw the amplifier with the screw M4x60 provided together with the metal of the console. 5.7 Connect the electric cable provided (+ and -) with the amplifier, lead it under the seat console and under the floor mat to the battery in the passenger seat. Install fuse, which is included in scope, at the end of cable and connect it. 5.4

5.8 Adaptation amplifier - radio: Lead the wiring harness from the amplifier to the radio - as follows: 5.9 Remove the cover of the entrance step (passenger's side): Loosen 3 screws. 5.10 Loosen the screw (Torx 55 to the right of the amplifier) and lead the wiring harness under the seat console.

5.11 Lead the wiring harness under the floor mat along the wheel house,under the glove compartment to the radio and connect it.

Installation Instructions Product-Ident: 69900-Premium 6 Installation of subwoofer 6.1 Place of installation for the subwoofer: under the passenger's seat, beside the amplifier
6.2 Adhere the 4 velcro pads provided on the floor under the passenger's seat in the range of the pre-mounted pads (on the subwoofer). Please observe a dust- and fatfree surface! 6.3 Connect subwoofer with the plug&play cable and amplifier. 6.4 Insert subwoofer.
