Installation Instructions STEP-N-TOW Part Number 340P Step-1 Remove the ball mount from the hitch receiver, turn the ball mount over, re-insert into receiver and secure. Step-2 Position the STEP-N-TOW over the ball. Step-3 For 1/2” or 3/4” thick ball mounts, slide the clamps toward the center. For 5/8” thick ball mounts remove the four self-locking nuts and rotate the clamps 180 degrees. Step-4 Tighten the four self-locking nuts with a 1/2” wrench. Remove the assembly from the receiver, turn over, re-insert the ball mount into the receiver and secure the ball mount using a pin and clip or locking devise. Step-5 The STEP-N-TOW installation is now complete. 1
