GENERAL INFORMATION IMPORTANT - Please read before installation Please read these instructions carefully before starting installation and keep in a safe place for future reference.
The success of the installation and operation of any bath screen is, dependant on the squareness, alignment and construction of the walls to which fixing is to be carried out.
Check the contents of the pack carefully before installation. We can not be held responsible for any de-fit / re-fit costs where faulty product has been fitted.
VERY IMPORTANT You must complete all tiling and grouting, and the bath MUST be level and fully sealed to the tiles before installation. If you do not fit the bath screen onto a tiled surface, or do not seal the tiles to the bath before installation, water may soak into the wall behind the wall profiles.
If any fault is found with materials or workmanship, it must be reported immediately. Remedial action will be taken, based on information received, on condition that: 1. Full details are supplied to the manufacturer; 2. The bath screen has not been modified or tampered with; 3. We are informed of any damage/shortages prior to installation. We can not accept responsibility for any problems that may occur through incorrect installation.
Installation - Advice and Safety Warning! Please check for any hidden pipes or cables before drilling holes in the wall. When using power tools always follow the manufacturers user instructions.
The installation instructions are based on typical use and conditions. These hints have been prepared for your guidance, you must exercise due care at all times.
If the screen is sealed to the bath on the inside, any water that may get into the framework will not be able to drain back into the bath, this may cause the screen to leak.
For Health and Safety 2 people must carry out the installation of this screen. Handle glass with care. Although the glass supplied is toughened safety glass (EN12150), impacts can damage both the glass and the frame.
Leave the silicone sealant to dry for 24 hours before using the enclosure.
Care and Cleaning Do not use solvents or abrasive material or chemicals to clean the bath screen.
Only clean using soapy water and a soft cloth, rinse thoroughly afterwards. 4

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS Step 1 - Pre-installation Checks The bath screen should be positioned on the inner edge of the bath rim, as shown below.

i . Remove the screen from the Wall Channel (C).

ii. Use a spirit level to make sure it is vertical. If the bath edge is a flat bath, it should be at least 20mm measured from the outside of the bath. If the bath edge is not flat, fit the Wall Channel (C) to the highest point on the edge of the bath. iii. Mark all 3 fixing holes onto the wall.

Step 2 - Wall Profile Position Drill holes in the positions marked using a 6mm masonry drill bit.

Insert Wall Plugs (H) into all of the holes (beyond the thickness of the tile).
Fix the Wall Channel (C) to the wall using 3 x 30mm Screws (J). Note: Inject silicone sealant into the holes before inserting the screws to seal the holes.
Step 4 - Assembling the Bath Screen

Fit Vertical Seal (K) to the glass panel as shown. then fit Vertical Seal (D) into Wall Channel (C). 7

With help, push the bath screen into the Wall Channel (C).
Step 6 - Locating and Fixing the Bath Screen i Inside
Adjust the screen until it is level and the top. O 3.2mm

From inside drill 3 holes through Wall Channel and Screw Frame with a 3.2mm drill bit. Fix using 8mm Screws (I).

Fit Vertical Seal (K) to the glass panel as shown. Then fit Vertical Seal (D) into Wall Channel (C).

Outside: On the outside, run a line of silicone sealant from top to bottom down the joint between the Wall Channel (C) and tiles.
