If you need to change any of the settings after set-up, you can press SET and hold for 3 or more seconds. The display will show TIME ‘12H’ and follow the instructions above. If there are no buttons pressed within 30 seconds, the display will return to Step mode.

Getting Started Before using your 3D Pedometer for the first time, you will need to insert the battery and personalise the settings by entering the time, your weight and stride length. First, insert the battery provided (see ‘How to replace the battery’ section in these instructions). The ‘12H’ will start flashing on the display and this is the beginning of the set-up. NOTE: If there are no buttons pressed for 1 minute after inserting the new battery or during set-up, the display will turn off and you will need to press the SYSTEM RESET to start the set-up process again. The SYSTEM RESET button is on the back of the main unit. Use a paperclip or pen and insert, press and hold for a few seconds, this will begin the set-up (and clear any previous data entered), the ‘12H’ will start flashing.

Using The Memory Function The GS2027 pedometer can store up to seven days of data for the number of steps, calories burnt and distance walked. The current day data is automatically stored in memory when the time reaches 12:00 AM. The display will return to zero. You do not need to press the RESET button every day. NOTE: The time must be correctly set in the unit. If using the 12hr clock, be mindful that AM/PM display is correct for the time of day.

How to Reset the System In the following scenarios, press the SYSTEM RESET button. ● When the battery is replaced ● When you want to delete all memory and set-up data ● When the display becomes unrecognizable
1. Press the SYSTEM RESET button on the back of the main unit, use a paperclip or pen and insert, press and hold for a few seconds. All the memory data and set data (time, weight and stride length) will be deleted. 2. Momentarily, you will see all the characters on the display, then the hour format setting display will appear. You can now set time, weight and stride length. (Refer to ‘How to Set Time, Weight and Stride Length’.)
