The machine is used for mixing liquid ingredients, viscid ingredients, and dough with the different attachment. The machine can only be used indoors where the elevation is not more than 1000m with the environment temperature between 5℃~40℃ and relative humidity between 0%~50%. And the machine must not be used in the place where the surround environment may have a potential risk of explosion. The machine has a noise rate less than 75db. Specification 2 INTRODUCTION Caution Label This label is sticked on the top cover. It means that moving parts can crush and cut. Don’t operate with guard removed. Follow lockout procedure before servicng. This label is sticked on the back of the machine. It means that contact may cause electric shock or burn. This unit can only be serviced by trained personnel. 3 INSTALLATION AND COMMISSIONING Installation On arrival, examine the machine as well as its packing. If the machine is found to be damaged in any way, notify the forwarding company immediately. The damage can then be assessed to determine liability. The following accessories are packed in each machine: One Dough Hook, One Beater and One Whipping Ball. Note that when loading this facility to transport, please use the forklift truck to raise up the machine at the bottom, and be careful to keep the facility stable on the forklift in case of any unnecessary injury. And the transport environment temperature must be controlled between -25℃~55℃. Select a flat and steady table for your mixer to allow sufficient room for operating, cleaning and servicing. There should be at least 0.6m space remained convenient for operation or maintenance. Commissioning Connect the machine with the correct power supply according to the data on the machine nameplate. The machine should be connected with a circuit breaker which is about 1.2m high over the ground. The breaker should be according with the requirement of the 60947 with the specification 250V, AC10A, 1P+N. After connection, first of all check the direction of rotation of agitator. When looking from above, the agitator should rotate clockwise. The arrow on the machine head indicates the right rotation direction. Test the function of the limit switch on the bowl safety grids and bowl lift. The machine should not be able to start when the safety grids are open or the bowl is not at the top position. If not so, please call an authorized electrician to check the limit switch. 4 OPERATION Operation Instructions Tool Selection Whipping ball: Light mixes such as whipped cream, mayonnaise, egg white, pancakes and meringue. Beater: Firm mixes such as light pastry, cakes, biscuits, icing, fillings and mashed vegetables. Hook: Heavy mixes such as dough and pastry. ATTENTION: Before changing the mixing tool, please isolate the machine from the power supply first. Bowl Lift: Crank the lift level counterclockwise to lower the bowl. It is necessary to lower the bowl to change agitators, and to provide better access for filling and emptying the bowl. To raise the bowl, crank the lift level clockwise until it hits the upper stops. Speed Control: To change speeds, first TURN OFF MIXER, then move the shifter handle to the desired speed. Number 1 is the slowest speed and number 3 is the highest speed. Slow Speed: For heavy mixtures such as dough, biscuits, etc. High Speed: For fast, light work, such as whipping cream, beating eggs, and mixing thin batters. 5 OPERATION Operation Steps 1). Put the mixing ingredient into the bowl together with the agitator. Then fix the bowl into the bowl bracket. 2). Lift the bowl to the topnotch. 3). Fix the agitator onto the mixing head. 4). Place the shifter handle to the required speed, then turn on the machine. 5). Turn off the machine and lower the bowl by lift handle then take off the agitator when mixing work is finished. 6). Take out the bowl together with agitator. Finally pour out the mixed ingredient. Attention: If the agitator tool is stopped by the overload mixing ingredient, please isolate the machine first, and then decrease the capacity. To prevent the flour diffusing in the air, please observe the following items when doing the operation. 1). Carefully slit the bags in the lower part of the bowl to allow dust free discharge of flour as far as possible. 2). Carefully handle the bagged flour by minimizing the height above the bowl base from which they are poured. 3). Use the temporary bowl cover to minimize openings through which flour may escape. 6 WORKING SAFETY Working Safety The machine must be used only by personnel suitably trained for the purpose and who has been trained in the contents of this publication. To ensure safe work, comply with the following instructions: 1. Install the machine in compliance with workplace safe requirement. 2. Use the machine with great care and never be distracted. 3. Do not wear loose fitting clothing or clothing with wide and open sleeves. 4. Do not remove, cover or modify the identification plates placed on the machine body. 5. Do not bypass the mechanical and electrical protection device. 6. Work on the products permitted and not on other types. 7. Do not use the machine as a working top and do not place any objects on it that are not required for normal working operations. 8. Do not use the machine with temporary electric connections or non-insulated cables. 9. Periodically check the state of the power cable and cable clamp on the machine body, replace it as soon as is necessary by qualified personnel. 10. Stop the machine immediately as soon as there is defective or abnormal operation, a breakage is suspected, there are incorrect movements, or unusual noise. 11. Before cleaning or carrying out maintenance, disconnect the machine from the electricity mains. 12. Use protective working gloves for cleaning and maintenance. 7 CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE Cleaning and Maintenance 1). Clean the surface of the machine with dishcloth after operation everyday. Use a damp cloth with a mild dish washing soap. 2). Wipe some lubricating oil on the bowl lifting gliding track. Lift the bowl up and down for several times to full lubricate the track. If it is difficult to lift the bowl, please check if there is any dough residue remained in the track. If so, scrape off the dough residue first, and then wipe the lubricating oil. 3). If it is still difficult to lift the bowl up and down by lift handle after the full lubrication, please adjust the inner screw under the spring to strengthen the strain of the spring as to strengthen the lifting force. 4). Check the gear oil level to avoid oil leak every month. 8 PARTS LIST 9 PARTS LIST 10 PARTS LIST Part Number SM200C001 SM200C002 SM200C003 SM200C004 SM200C005 SM200C006 SM200C007 SM200C008 SM200C009 SM200C010 SM200C011 SM200C012 SM200C013 SM200C014 SM200C015 SM200C016 SM200C017 SM200C018 SM200C019 SM200C020 SM200C021 SM200C022 SM200C023 SM200C024 SM200C025 SM200C026 SM200C027 SM200C028 SM200C029 SM200C030 SM200C031 SM200C032 SM200C033 SM200C034 SM200C035 SM200C036 SM200C037 SM200C038 SM200C039 SM200C040 SM200C041 Part Code 17KGCPI-10G-10 17KGJT 17201-170 11200-007-01 17JLJCQ 17201-240 17201-250 14SM200-32 17200-180-01 17201-300 11200-812 17200-130 17200-120 17200-110Q 17200-700 17200-015 17200-011 17200-012 17200-014 17200-210 17200-800 17ZC200-TA3530Z 17YF200-35*45*8 17200-811 17200-810 17200-007 17200-480 17201-001 17200-005 15ZC200-6201-2RS 15ZC200-6201-2RS 15ZC201-6203-2RS 17200-004 17200-008 17200-013 17200-009 17201-080 17200-500 15ZC201-6203-2RS 17200-003 15ZC401-6204-2RS-01 Part Name Push Button Emergency-Stop Switch Machine Top Cover Thumb Screw Contactor Contactor Box Contactor Box Cover Bowl Foot Pad Safety Grid Chute Beater Hook Whipping Ball Shifter Shaft Shifter Fork Shifter Cam Shifter Handle Seat Shifter Handle Gear-Slow Speed(46T) Taper Gear(46T) Bearing Oil Seal Gasket Taper Gear(35T) Hub Attachment Internal Drive Gear Machine Head Machine Head Rear Cover Bearing Bearing Bearing Gear Housing Cover Lifting Handle Arm-Bowl Lift Rod-Bowl Lift Spring-Bowl Lift Internal Pinion Bearing Planetary Head Bearing 11 Specification 1 Set SUS304 SUS304 46 Teeth 46 Teeth TA3530Z 35 Teeth 6201-2RS 6201-2RS 6203-2RS 6203-2RS PARTS LIST SM200C042 SM200C043 SM200C044 SM200C045 SM200C046 SM200C047 SM200C048 SM200C049 SM200C050 SM200C051 SM200C052 SM200C053 SM200C054 SM200C055 SM200C056 SM200C057 SM200C058 SM200C059 SM200C060 SM200C061 SM200C062 SM200C063 SM200C064 15YF200-25*47*10 17200-520 17200-190 17200-260 17200-280 17200-290 17200-330 17200-240 17200-340 15ZC200-6201-2RS 17200-320 15ZC200-6201-2RS 15ZC200-6201-2RS 17200-350 15ZC200-6201-2RS 17200-360 17201-010 17201-006 17200-180 17200-370 17200-380 17200-DZ 17200-ZZ Oil Seal Agitating Shaft Planetary Shaft Gear-Fast Speed(29T) Clutch Gear-Middle Speed(38T) Gear(32T) Spacer Gear(23T) Bearing Shaft Bearing Bearing Shaft Bearing Worm Wheel Column Bowl Support Base Worm Oil Ring Stator Rotor 12 29 Teeth 38 Teeth 32 Teeth 23 Teeth 6201-2RS 15 Teeth 6201-2RS 6201-2RS 15 Teeth 6201-2RS 24 Teeth 5 Teeth WIRING DIAGRAM 13 MACHINE WARRANTY Machine Warranty We promise to offer our clients the best quality of products and service, our guaranty period is one year dated from the delivery date.
