Cautions for Location Please keep away from hot objects, dirty environments, high temperatures and high humidity. Do not use in environments with heavy wind.
Warning: Avoid wet areas to avoid electric or fire hazards. 1. Please read carefully with this instructions before installation to avoid damage to product causing by inappropriate installation or operation. 2. Please keep the projector lift away from hot sources, such as radiator, heating machine, fireplace, loudspeaker or other relative device. 3. Only connect with ground wire. 4. Only authorized accessories can be used. 5. Unplug the power wire in adverse conditions or if it will not be used for long periods of time. 6. Repairs should only be done by authorized technicians. 7. The lift should not come in contact with water. 8. As soon as the plug of the screen is connected to the power source, the screen is connecting with electricity. 9. Please use the approved power line (three-core power line)/ device interface/power plug. 10. Please use the rating (voltage, amps) power line (three-core power line) / device interface/power plug. If have any questions about power line/ device interface/power plug, please contact the professional people. 11. After installation, please locate a power device in order to disconnect power or connect the power plug to electrical socket. This electrical socket should be installed to a convenient position. If the accident occurs during operation, please disconnect power or take out the power plug. 12. The ceiling or wall used for fixture installation must be secure enough; load-bearing requirement must be 4 times of the projector lift to prevent the projector lift from falling. 13. Do not put any other objects on the lift.

Construction for Projector Lift
Kindly Reminder: Do not change the factory pre-settings for any urgency,pls operate according to the following instructions if necessary 2) Remote Setting

a. When the projector lift is at the loading position, you can adjust the lower and upper limitation via the remote control. b. Press the reset hole with a pin or equivalent at the back of the remote control for 3 seconds and release. Then press the UP button and stop at the desired position. The projector lift is now set at its retract limit.

c.To press the localier hole at the back of the remote controller with one small pin or equivalence for about 3 seconds and release, then press DOWN button for strap to the desired position and stop, the projector lift is already reset for its retract limit. Projector Fixer

Kindly tip: For ensuring the security of positioning function, the effective setting period of electric positioning should be 60 seconds, after 60 seconds will return to normal situation. If the setting fails within 60 seconds, please repeat as following step; to press the setting button; then LED light will turn off; press the setting button again, then LED light will turn on. In this movement, the resetting function will begin.

Do not operate continuously for over 4 minutes at a given time to avoid overheating. If the motor overheats, do not use for at least 30 minutes. No lubrication is used on the motor and the drop and retract limit of the screen has already been propositioned at an optimal Upper Limitation setting before delivery. Inorder to avoid motor damage, please contact a qualified technician for consultation if a new position setting is needed. Use the M4 allen-key for adjusting the upper and lower limitation of projector lift, but the distance can not be over than the value D in specification table. Lower Limitation

There are 2 methods to position the projector lift - set by the upper and lower limitations on the remote. 1) Upper/Lower Limitation Adjustment for Sling Wires The upper and lower limitations are preset at the factory. The upper limitation is slightly higher than the ceiling and the lower limitation is shown in value D on the specifications table. Please note the upper and lower limitations for the sling wire installation must be done by an qualified technicianto prevent any injury or damage.

The following steps must be done by an qualified technician. a) For upper limitation adjustment, take off the knob and use the provided allen key to adjust. A clockwise adjustment will retract the projector lift (the distance of the installation position of the casing will decrease) and a counterclockwise adjustment will extend the projector lift position (the distance of the installation position of the casing will increase). b) For lower limitation adjustment, take off the knob and use the provided allen key to adjust. A clockwise adjustment will retract the projector lift (the distance of the installation position of the casing will increase) and a counterclockwise adjustment will retract the projector lift position (the distance of the installation position of the casing will decrease). Connect the power for projector lift A, and send out directive oxFF ox10 ox11 ox12 oxAA. At the same time, the address of projector lift A is ox10 ox11 ox12. Entering the operating address of projector lift A can control this projector lift.
Installation This lift needs to be installed recessed into the ceiling. The instruction below shows us the grille-ceiling as an example so please install the screen based on your installation requirements. The lift needs to recessed at the proper level to ensure correction operation. Take out all parts and accessories and follow the guideline to ensure you have all the needed parts.

For your safety and to ensure proper installation, please read this manual carefully and choose a installation needed for your environment. Figure A shows an extended installation with screws while figure B is a direct installation.

Completed the studying in projector lift A, and then disconnect the power for projector lift A. Please operate the projector lift B in the same way and change the address to oxAA oxAA oxAA. Entering the operating address of projector B can control this projector lift.

4. Remote Control Instructions In order for the control to work with the projector lift, it first needs to be programmed before it can be used. Figure A

Grille-Ceiling Mount 1. Choose a position according to the required space, and then take apart the ceiling (figure 1). Please measure the distance H between roof and ceiling surface correctly (figure 2)
1) The projector lift needs to be set on load. 5 seconds after connecting the power, press the UP button and STOP button simultaneously for 5 seconds before releasing. 2) Press the DOWN button to ensure the programming works. 3) If it did not program, please repeats steps 2 and 3.

Grandview Projector Lift RS485 Setting Address 1、RS-485, RS-232 input A continuous data sends two times,each time interval of 200ms 3 bytes of studying address directive are custom setting address directive
2. The bracket is a part of the projector lift combined with the hanger, screw (M10), and nut (M10) to be following mechanism. Cut the length of the screw (M10) for H-C+60mm, where H is the distance of the concrete ceiling and the ceiling surface (measured in the last step). C is the height of the frame as shown in the specifications table.

3. Ensure the distance M and N is according to figure 4 and the model of the table below. Install the brackets to the ceiling via screws as shown in figure 5. (Note: due to product updates, sizes and specifications are subject to change at any time)

H 3. Learning Directives and Operation After the power is connected, the learning status will stay for the first 10 seconds. The learning directive is oxFF oxXX oxXX oxAA. The lift can be used after the learning process is completed, but it cannot be used properly

after the address bit is changed. Tis is because one port can used to control many projector lifts. Example: If there is a projector lift A and B with RS-485 ports, in order to control these two lifts simultaneously the directive oxFF oxEE oxEE oxEE oxDD will be sent out from the port. In order to control these two lifts in different movements, for example lift A goes down while left B goes up, a common directive cannot be used and must be separated by an address bit at this time

6. To install the lift, please follow the directions as shown in figure 8 and 9 in reference to button A and B. Follow the sequence of figures 10-13 and push button B into button A, then fasten the screws as shown in figure 14.

7. Cut the ceiling board (Step 1) to a suitable size which can accommodate the gap after the projector lift is retracted.

8. Please read the "Remote Electric Positioning" section for controlling the projector lift. After the adjustment, ensure the height of the projector lift is set to your needed specifications. Ensure the bottom of the projector lift is aligned with the ceiling after it's retracted. Note: the operation of this lift must be operated by a qualified professional.
