PREFACE This advanced DVR system has 3 exiciting features: (1) Built-in double lens to simulaneously capture two images at front and back. (2) Newly added GPS module can record the whole driving route. Using specialized software, you can play the video on a computer and at the same time connect to Google Maps. Allowing you to trace the travel route of the vehicle. (3) Built-in gravity G-Sensor can record gravity sensing information. Using specialized software, you can see the video on a computer and at the same time note the gravity sensing data to trace impacts of accident or other abnormal circumstances. Beginning to use DVR recorder a) Battery Charging There are two methods for battery charging: 1: Using a USB cable (not supplied) to connect the DVR to a computer. 2: Using the vehicle power socket. During charging, using the supplied cigarette power lead, the indicator glows red. When charging is complete, the indicator automatically extinguishes. The whole charging process takes about 4 hours. b) Insert a memory card Carefully insert Micro SD memory card into the slot, observing direction indicator on the machine body until card clicks into position. To remove the card, push down the SD card. The card will pop up and can be removed from unit. Notice: :KHQXVLQJDPHPRU\FDUGLQWKHXQLWIRUWKH¿UVWWLPHSOHDVHIRUPDWWKHPHPRU\ card to be compatible with the machine. Use the unit or attached tool software ( ) to format the memory card (formatting the memory card by computer is nott supported). Formatting will permanently delete all data on the memory card, including any protected images. Therefore, before formatting, please back up important data. If you can’t use the machine to format the memory card format, please use attached software ( ) on a computer. t F $GMXVWWKHOHQVSRVLWLRQ The front lens of this machine can be adjusted 20 degrees up and down. d) Turn on and off Turn on: Press down power supply once until red ON indicator lights up. Turn off: Press power supply once more until red ON indicator extinguishes. Notice: When battery level is low, the DVR will prompt automatic off. 6. 3. Basic Operations a) Change operating mode This machine has two operating modes: Pickup and Playback. Press MODE button to change between them. b) Setup menu Press MENU button to enter MENU page. Frequency: 50HZ / 60HZ. c) How to record (i) Start / Stop recording: In the recording mode, press OK key to start recording, then press OK key again to stop recording.
