02 Safety Precautions P l ease ensure that you read these safety instructions before using the massage chair. • The massage chair is intended for use only as describedin this manual. • Whilst assembling chair componentsensure that the chair is not connected to any
power source • Once fully assemb l ed and intending to use. ensure that the power p ug of the chair l is securely insertedi nto a properly fitted electrical socket. • Unplugl he chair from the electrical source when noti n use or cleaning. • If the po·wer is cut. ensure that the power switch of the chair is turned to the off position and unplug the massage chair from the electrical socket. in order to prevent
the risk of short circuit or damage to the chair when the power is restored • If you notice any tear to the fabr c of the massage chair and/or any of the chair's internal mechan sms are visib i l e, do not use until you have contacted the Cozzia Servicing department.

The posit on adjustment buttons for spot or partial massage. These buttons are to be used for adjusting the backrest massage position for spot or partialmassage. Hold the upwards or downwards button to move the massage rollers upwards or downwards respectively until the idealposition is obtained. Then release the button to continue the spot or partialmassage function. 27. WI DTH: This button is for width adjustment to the tapping.clapping. shiatsu and rolling functions, each having three width levels, narrow, medium and wide. When activating any one of these programs. press this button to adjust the width of the motion to target the desired area.
28. SPEED: This button is for speed adjustment to the tapping. clapping,sh i atsu and Swedish style functions. When activating any one of these programs.press this button to adjust the speed of the motion ranging through five level s from low to high (1 to 5).

07 Product Care •Prior to initiating functioning,if the massage chair has been stored in a below normal temperature environment, to operate in normal temperature conditions. it is advisabl e to wait atl east 60 minutesin order to minimize potentialcondensation

•Clean with a dry or slightly moi st cloth, do not douse with water or cleaning detergents. Use a dry cloth only to clean the remote control. •It is recommended the maximum time for any particu l ar massage session be 30 minutes. •If the massage chair is not intended to be used for a lengthy period of time.please protect with a dust cover.

08 Warrant y Information COZZIA products have the following warranty : COZZIA's massage chairs.
motion upholstery and home theater massage seating provide a one year in-home service warranty and a two-year parts warranty . COZZIA custome r service will not issue Return Material Autho r zations (RMAs) for products. COZZI A p,oducts will be either repaired by the consume r or by an in-home technician. COZZIA will not issue Return Material Authorizations (RMAs) for sellers.

Consumerrs are required to provide the unit serialnumber and dated 1proof of purchase (sales rece i pt) when they con-tact the COZZIA service department regarding a repair. A COZZIA customer service representative will attend to most consumer inquiries. but in some cases a technical service specialist will provide advanced support. Nonawarranty repair is provided on a "per incident"' basis. PRODUCT REPAIRS Many COZZIA product repairs may be performed by the consumer in their own home with parts andinstructions supplied by COZZIA, such as remote controller replacements that don't require a technician. • Floor Models and Demonstration Units have a prorated warranty period that begins the day the model is placed on the floor and connected to an electrical outlet by the retail partner. Proof of purchase is required in order to obtairn warranty service and parts. Non· warranty parts and service are available at a "per incident• charge. • Warranty Coverage Period - Warranty coverage starts at the time that the consumer PURCHASES their chair. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty repairs. The warranty time period is measured by continuous
calenda.r days based on a seven-day week. • Field Service - COZZIA customer service department will diagnose and schedule an authorized service provider to repair the chair in the consumer's residence. • Parts - All parts deemed necessary for repairs will be shipped to the consumer at no charge by the COZZIA service department. CONSUMER WARRANTY LIM I TATIONS AN D EXCLUSI ONS • Warranties are only valid in the 48 contiguous United States. and are contingent upon the consumer operating the chair according to the corresponding instruction
manual. • The warranty only applies to COZZIA products and does not include any
accessories or enhancements. • Field service requires pre-approval and must be performed by COZZIA's authorized field service personnel. Field service is only available in the United States. • Softening of foams and filling compositesin pillows. pads. and memory foam occurs naturally and does not constitute a defect under this warranty. • Fading, wear and piling of fabrics occurs naturally and does not constitute a defect under this warranty . • Natural markings. grain and dye variations in leather do not constitute a defect under this warranty.
