MODEL ICID3710D GEN III OMNI GATED INTENSIFIED CID CAMERA ICID3710DX11 is a gated intensified CID camera which consists of a Thermo CIDTEC model CID3710D solid state RS-170 version camera, fiberoptically coupled to the latest intensifier technology, the GENIII OMNI, 18mm gallium arsenide (GaAs) image intensifier tube. The image intensifier is equipped with photocathode gating permitting shutter intervals as short as 100ns, making possible automatic shutter control of camera sensitivity. Gate generator circuitry may be operated using TTL level external gate pulses, or internally generated gate pulses. Internal gate pulses may be manually controlled, or the Autogate function may be used. The image intensifier uses a low noise photocathode extremely sensitive to the spectral region from 450nm to 900nm. Internal adjustments allowing control of black level setup, edge enhancement, 2X / 4X video gain boost are standard. Options include Autogate / Autogain only, Progressive Scan, or CCIR.
