International tournament 2015 "Paradise Star" Dear friends of rhythmic gymnastics! ÖGK and municipality of Ornskoldsvik invite you to participate in the international tournament of rhythmic gymnastics " Paradise Star" taking place in Ornskoldsvik, Sweden, on 27-30.08.2015.

7. TENTATIVE SCHEDULE.
27.08.2015 - arrival of delegations
28.08.2015 - official trainings; - technical and judges meeting 29.08.2015 - Warming up; - Competition. 30.08.2015 - Warming up; - Competition. - " Show" - Banquette 31.08.2015 - Departure of delegations. Final schedule for the competition will be emailed to all participating delegations approximately 2 weeks prior to competition.
8. AWARDS
Personal superiority is defined by the maximum score of all-round and event of each age. All-round champion will receives a trophy of each age. Gymnasts from 1st to 3 rd place (all-around) will receive medals, diplomas and prizes. And from 4ht to 6th place will receive diplomas and prizes. For each gymnast the entry fee is: 50 euro

9. FINANCIAL CONDITIONS

Costs associated with the participation of teams in competitions (travel, accommodation, meals), carried out at the expense of the team and it´s governing bodies.
10. MANAGEMENT
The general management of competitions and their carrying out carries out ÖGK. Event Manager is Liselotte Pettersson.

Direct carrying out competitions is assigned to the main judiciary board.
11. VISA
Please, verify immediately with your travel agent or the Embassy or Consulate in your country if a visa required for your travel to Sweden. The Organizing Committee will be happy to assist each Delegation member with an official invitation letter, provided that the request is made on time (at least 7 weeks before the competition). The request must include the function, full name, gender, date of birth, citizenship and passport number, passport expiry date, the arrival and departure dates of the delegation. Member as well the city the visa application support must be sent to.
12. INSURANCE
All participating delegations are responsible for having the necessary coverage against illness and accidents. On tournament there will be a doctor who will be able to render only the first medical care.
