Introducing the Next Generation Series 1 3D Printer The Next Generation Series 1 is designed as a modular platform for 3D printing, ready for upgrades as new technologies emerge. Upgrades in the pipeline include the introduction of embedded wifi connectivity, a heated glass bed, and an improved extruder with multi-material support. As we wish to reward our early adopters and customers, our Users will be able to purchase them at discount and mount them on their existing 3D printer.

Printing
• Single head configuration: (X,Y,Z): 305 x 305 x 305mm or 28.3 liters - 1728in³
Extrusion
• Easily handles resolution from 0.3mm down to 0.1mm. • High-res nozzle diameter: 0.4mm. • .40mm standard nozzle diameter (modular). • 1/32nd micro-stepping for sub 5μM xy resolution. • Maximum recommended extruder temperature: 230°C (185°C for PLA). (Please note that temperature accuracy is decreased above 250°C). Temps above 250°C not currently tested, temps above 300°C not recommended.
Positioning precision
• X : 6.67 micrometers - Y: 6.67 micrometers - Z: 0.625 micrometers.
Materials
• Built for 1.75mm filament diameter using PLA filament.
Software
• Compatibility: Linux, Windows, and Mac OS X for slicing. • Slicing software via KISSlicer. • High step-rate - High cornering speed. • Interrupt based movement with real linear acceleration.
Electronics
• Updated to higher resolution motor control. • Modular electronics layout.
Mechanical
• Features the Winchester extruder. Precision milled, high force, torsion spring tensioned, radial bearing idler. • Still the easiest hot end to replace, now the easiest to clean and the best value. • All metal hot end, key components are either high grade aluminum or stainless steel. Can be easily cleaned with solvents or heat. • High precision industrial grade linear guide system.

• Connection via Ethernet, USB and flash drive. •120-240VAC to 24VDC power supply.
Warranty and Support
• We offer 1 year support (to be activated via User registration). • Our Warranty enables our Users to explore, modify and develop their 3D printer, though we might have to restore your printer to factory settings to resolve some issues.
