Zimbra iPhone/iPod Touch Sync
Download iOS 4.0 If you are using an iPhone, simply connect it to iTunes and then click its name under Devices in the iTunes sidebar. Under Version click Check for Update. Follow the prompts to download and install if you are offered a new version of the iPhone software.
Download iOS 3.0 If you are using an iPod Touch make sure you are running software version 3.0. If not, visit: http://www.apple.com/ipodtouch/softwareupdate
Once there, click the Update now button under Download the software update. Only $9.95. heading. You will be taken to the iTunes Store where you can purchase the software update. Plug your iPod Touch in to your computer to install the new version after it has downloaded.

Configure Your iPhone or iPod Touch 1. From the home screen, tap the Settings button.
2. Tap Mail, Contacts, Calendars. 3. Tap Add Account… 4. Choose Microsoft Exchange from the next list.

5. Input your own Email address, Domain, Username and Password in the appropriate fields (see screenshot right.) 6. Tap Next.
7. Input the Server (see screenshot left.) 8. Tap Next.
9. Choose which Zimbra information you would like to sync. 10. Tap Done.

11. Congratulations! You have now added a synchronized Zimbra account to your iPhone or iPod Touch. You will receive your WC email in the Mail app, calendar data and requests in the Calendar app and contacts in the Contacts app. To make changes to your accounts, tap the account in Mail, Contacts, Calendars •
All apps will update when you have a WiFi or 3G/EDGE connection.
