IP Trading Solution User Profile The target users is a light trading version of a typical trader. The types of work includes support/overflow, small trading office, remote trading home or branch office. A typical trader buys and sell securities (stocks, bonds,options) and manage customer accounts. Their day typically starts at 730am and finishes at 530pm but, foreign trading inter-nation can take place any time of the day. World events can demand being summoned late at night. Activity is sporadic with peaks at opening, closing. Deals lasts 10-15 minutes. Our target user would in addition be more of a multitasking worker. 80% of the day on the phone and working at the computer Constantly looking at screens on which the numbers are always changing Use computer-based risk management and pricing tools Analyses reports and monitors the press from various countries Listen to 6 brokers shouting different prices all at the same time Quote option prices to customers follow inter-bank market Report days profit and trading positions to boss Send orders to NY/Sing desks + instructions to wake them up Works in close contact with brokers, works with the sales team Listen to a morning meeting - update of overnight events Listen to what colleagues are doing and what the spot desk is doing in the back

IP Trading Solution Environment The traditional large trading floor - with rings or small trading pits with over head screens rather than individual desks is a thing of the past. A busy hectic environment. Our target environment is more typically represented by a office worker. IP Trading Solution Scenario In essence, the desktop is optimized for the purpose of quick decision making. A typical traders makes and receives calls relating to market activity, switching between callers, making related transactions. Some of the basic tasks include: •Log in at any hot desk phone turret, PC, pull up your secure user profile •Based on monitoring of market activity, place phone calls using speed dials •Scrolls through pages of program keys and select speed dial, line •Using a handset maybe switch to headset or speaker depending on type of call •Incoming communication based on type (Line, Hoot, Intercom) •Switch between multiple callers, place and retrieving calls on Hold •Look-up information and initiate transactions based on a callers •Launch conference speed calls with advanced features like side bar •Toggle between multiple conferences, chairman can drop a person out •Program a key to broadcast to all or a specific group or dial group ID code •Redial last intercom, mute mic works for intercom •Busy indication on establishing intercom call…

Each display support 4 dynamic pages of 16 programmable keys for a total number of 128 keys. Each page is displayed as a numbered tab and the currently displayed tab shows a user customizable label. Users navigate tabs using the left and right keys at the bottom of the display and a home key returns the user to his favorite tab at a single press.
