In case of any troubles with understanding the content the user should contact the producer. Unassisted assembling and start of the device can be done only with the use of proper tools. However, it is highly advised to set up a device by qualified personnel. The producer is not responsible for damages made during incorrect set-up or maintenance or in case of any unassisted repairs or modifications. 4 1. Device characteristics IP video doorphone Eura IVP-01C7 / IVP-02C7 is a high-tech access control device. IP protocol assures work of device in global Internet, giving the possibility to remotely preview the surrounding of the outdoor station with a use of a smartphone or tablet from all over the world. User friendly mobile app Eura Video IP also allows to save records and unlock the door. IP video doorphone is equipped with 1 MPX camera, assuring HD image quality. LED diodes guarantee great visibility independently on the time of the day. The whole deivice is covered with stylish casing with high IP Code – IP 55. 2. Device construction Fig. 1 and fig. 2 present elements of devices IVP-01C7 and IVP-02C7 respectively. Eura Video IP mobile app installation The user can download the free Eura Video IP app from Google Play (Android users) or App Store (iOS users) and install it on a smartphone or tablet. Notes: −− Before installation of outdoor station the user should make sure that the net range is proper, −− The user should update the app regularly, −− Device works properly only when the app is running in the background. 5 4. Outdoor station configuration Note: Before assembling the outdoor station it is highly advised to perform its configuration according to installation rules. It the configuration is successful the user can assemble the outdoor station. Necessary technical requirements: −− Router with active Internet connection, −− Tablet / smartphone equipped with speaker, microphone, Internet connection possibility, −− Properly installed Eura Video IP app. There are two ways to connect the outdoor station to router: −− WiFi (2.4 GHz) wireless connection, −− RJ45 Ethernet cable connection. Configuration is possible only with the use of Wi-Fi connection. 4.1. Setting factory defaults If the outdoor station is connected to a new WiFi router, you need to set the outdoor station to factory default status first. To set the outdoor station to factory default status the user must: 1. Cut off the power. 2. Power on again. 3. Hold the calling button for around 45 seconds until the LED light flash and a “Bi...” sound will be heard. 4.2. Wi-Fi wireless connection Note: Make sure, that the outdoor station is configured with tablet / smartphone. Don’t move the antenna during installation process described below. 4.2.1. Wi-Fi wireless connection from iOS system 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. Connect the WiFi to which the outdoor station is connectected. Open the Eura Video IP App. (on tablets with iOS please tick the option “Only iPhone”). Click “Dodaj urządzenie” (“Add a Device”). Click “Dodaj nowe urządzenie” (“Add a New Device”). Click “Rozpocznij konfigurację” (“Start configuring”). 5.1. Prompt “Skonfiguruj WiFi (“Please config WiFi”) will appear. Confirm by clicking OK and exit the Eura Video IP app. 5.2. In Wi-Fi settings of a device the new network will appear (named LIDxxx, where xxx is the identity GID of a video doorphone). Choose this network and connect. 5.3. Come back to Eura Video IP app. 6. Click “Dodaj urządzenie” (“Add a Device”). 7. Click “Dodaj nowe urządzenie” (“Add a New Device”). 8. Click “Rozpocznij konfigurację” (“Start configuring”). 9. Choose the WiFi from your own router, input its WiFi password, click “Ustaw” (“settings”). 10. The prompt about device restart will appear and you will have to wait for about 1 min. Confirm by clicking OK. 11. Input the default User Name – Nazwa użytkownika (admin) and Password - Hasło (1234), click “OK” to confirm. 6 Fig. 3 12. Back to the device list and click “ ” on the right top corner of the device; Click “ON” in Outdoor call-in option (“Wywołanie kasety”) and return to the main interface. 4.2.2. Wi-Fi wireless connection from Android system 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. Open the Eura Video IP App on the smart phone (or tablet). Click “Uruchom teraz” (“Enter Now”). Click “Dodaj urządzenie” (“Add a Device”). Click “Dodaj nowe urządzenie” (“Add a New Device”). It will show “Trwa wyszukiwanie” (“Searching”) and then find the device(if it ’s not found please try it again). Note: Verify that your smart phone(or tablet) can receive the strong W i F i signal. 6. Click the device to be configured, and click “Rozpocznij konfigurację” (“Start configuring”). 7. Set WiFi information. Input the WiFi password and wait 100 seconds. 8. It will show “Konfiguracja przebiegła pomyślnie – proszę dodaj urządzenie do telefonu” (“Configuration is successful please add the device to the phone”), then click “OK” to confirm. 9. Input the default User Name – Nazwa użytkownika (admin) and Password – Hasło (1234), click “OK” to confirm. 10. Click “OK” , the device is added successfully. 11. Back to the device list and click “ ··· ” on the right top corner of the device; Click “ON” in Outdoor call-in (“Wywołanie kasety”) option and return to the main interface. 4.3. RJ45 ETHERNET CABLE CONNECTION If you want to connect the outdoor station with RJ45 Ethernet cable for longer distance, please follow the below steps, Note: make sure the outdoor station is already connected to your smart phone by WiFi. Don’t remove the antenna during below settings. Step 1: Login you router setting page to find the IP address of the outdoor unit. Step2: Enter the above IP address by Internet Explorer to IP Camera login page. Login with default User Name: admin; Password: 1234. (Same password as the one in Eura Video IP application). 7 Fig. 4 Step 3: Click Config – Network Settings – LAN– Set IP and Gateway as the same segment as your LAN network (for example, if your LAN network gateway is 192.168.0.1, set IP to the same segment as LAN network gateway, here set as the same as the found WiFi IP address 192.168.0.88) Fig. 5 Step 4: After completing the above settings, connect your outdoor station with the Ethernet cable to the router. You can remove the antenna. Then the setting is OK. Note: On the page of IP camera configuration, you can do many advanced settings. For example, you can set the date and time by clicking Config – System – System time; You can activate motion detection function by clicking Config – Alarm Setting – Motion Detection - Enable. Please note most settings need professional network knowledge. Please do not do any setting if you are not sure about. 8 4.4. Adding devices to outdoor station 1. Open the Eura Video IP App on the smart phone (or tablet). 2. Click “Uruchom teraz” (“Enter Now”). 3. Click “Dodaj urządzenie sieciowe” (“Add a Network Device”). There are three ways to add the network outdoor station: a. LAN Search Click “Wyszukiwanie LAD” (“LAN Search”), then click the found device, input the default User Name (Nazwa użytkownika) and Password (Hasło). Click “OK”, the device is added successfully. b. QR Code Scan Click “Skan kodu QR” (“QR Code Scan”), input the default User Name (Nazwa użytkownika) and Password (Hasło). Click “OK”, the outdoor station is added successfully. c. Manually Input Click “Wprowadzenie ręczne” (“Manually Input”), input the outdoor station’ GID, the default User Name (Nazwa Użytkownika) and Password (Hasło). Click “OK”, the device is added successfully. ” on the right top corner. 4. Click “ 5. Click “ON” in Outdoor call-in (Wywołanie kasety) option and return to the main interface. Note: 1. Each outdoor station has a unique GID, 2. The default user name is “admin”, 3. The default password is “1234”. 5. OUTDOOR STATION INSTALLATION Install outdoor station on the wall as shown below and then wire it up. Put four marks on the wall through the holes in casing, then drill the holes in wall and put plastic wall plugs in them. 2. Connect the system wiring according to the graph presented in fig. 9-11. 3. Mount the station on the casing / rain cover. 4. Fix the screws. 6. Components connection graphs 6.1. User Guide Connection between smartphone/tablet and outdoor station is set when there is a WiFi connection or mobile data transmission. To use full functionality of IP video doorphone one must be sure whether: −− Outdoor station is connected with Internet by router and tablet/smartphone is connected with Internet by WiFi or mobile data transmission, −− Eura Video IP app works in the background, −− Sound in the tablet/smartphone is not muted – it is advised to set maximum volume. Note: −− depending on the mobile agreement you have you may be forced to cover some extra costs connected with mobile data transmission. −− quality of audio and video signals are dependent on the network connection parameters. 7. 1. Talking When the visitor calls, the device will receive the ring alert. The user can click “Accept” or “decline” on the pop-up call alert. Press and hold “ ” to start talking and release to listen. 11 7. 2. Unlocking Input unlock password while talking or monitoring. (Same as the user name password ). 7. 3. Monitoring Click the image on the main interface to monitor the outside environment. If you want to talk with the visitor and hear the sound, click the icon and on the screen to start talking. 7. 4. Image Capture Click the icon to capture an image. 7. 5. Video Recording Click the icon to start video recording and then click the icon to end it. 7. 6. How to delete the device Step 1: Click “ ”on the right top corner of the device; Step 2: Click “OFF” in Outdoor call-in option; Step 3: Click “Edit”; Step 4: Click “Delete”; Step 5: Click “OK” to delete the device. 7. 7. Change unlock passwords Step 1: Click ” ” on the right top corner; click “OFF” for outdoor Call-in option; Step2: click “unlock password setting ”; Step3: Input old password and new password; Step4: click “Setting” to finish setting. (Shown as the photo at the right side). 8. Keypad configuration in video doorphone IVP-01C7 The original factory default programming password is 1234 (not access code). In the programming mode, 40 groups of 4-digit passwords can be set to unlock door lock. 12 8.1. Modify the programming password 1. Switch off the power, press * button and hold, switch on the power. After a continuous sound Di....is heard, release * button; 2. The continuous sound stops, then enter 4 digits (can be set as 2-6 digits) new programming password(the length same as original code); another long Di sound is heard, it indicates modifying successfully. 3. Press * to exit the programming mode. 8.2. Enter the programming mode 1. Press * , a enter the 4 digits Di sound is heard, (can be set as 2-6 digits) programming password, a long Di sound can be heard, It indicates entering the programming mode successfully. 2. Within 30 seconds without any operation it will exit the programming mode, or press * to exit. 8.3. Set unlock time Factory default setting is 1 second. 1. Enter the programming mode . 2. Press 00, along Di sound is heard, enter 2 digits (from 01-99) as the unlock time, another long Di sound can be heard, it indicates setting successfully. 3. Press * to exit the programming mode. 8.4. Add user passwords 1. Enter the programming mode . 2. Enter 2 digits from 01-40 (the digits 31-40 are for normal open or normal close, these digits are not allowed to set the unlocking time) , along Di sound is heard. 3. Press 4 digits (can be 2-6 digits) password, another long Di sound can be heard, it indicates adding successfully. 4. Press * to exit the programming mode. 8.5. Delete user passwords 1. Enter the programming mode . 2. Enter 2 digits (from 01-40), along Di sound is heard, press to confirm, another long Di sound can be heard, it indicates deleting successfully. 3. Press * to exit the programming mode. 8.6. Delete user passwords directly 1. Enter the programming mode . 2. Press #, when DiDi sound is heard, enter that 4 digits (can be set as 2-6 digits) password you want to delete, a long Di sound can be heard, it indicates deleting successfully. 3. Press * to exit the programming mode. 8.7. Setting the length of password 1. Enter the programming mode . 2. Press 99, a long Di sound is heard, then enter 2-6 digits, another long Di sound can be heard, it indicates setting successfully. 3. Press * to exit the programming mode. 13 8.8. Delete all settings 1. Enter the programming mode . 2. Press #, when a DiDi sound is heard, press # again, along Di Sound can be heard, then press # for 7 times, after 3 seconds, another long Di sound will be heard, it indicates deleting successfully (The unlock time changes to 1 second and the programming password does not change). 3. Press * to exit the programming mode. 8.9. Restore factory mode Switch off the power, press # and hold, switch on the power. After a long Di sound is heard, then release #, restoring successfully. (the system restore factory programming password 1234 and clear our all the set passwords) 9.
