Up To 20 Stations • Easy Hookup Using 2 Twisted Pairs Tek-ComTM is so affordable, you can put a station in every room of your home or office! An ever popular use of intercoms is for monitoring baby’s room. Enjoy the peace of mind that comes with monitoring a newborn baby, sick child or grandparent with a Tek-Com intercom. You can monitor any inside room full-time, always ready to give assistance when needed. It isn’t always safe to open your front door to strangers. Identifying visitors through the safety of your intercom away from the front door is a smart idea! Answering your door is safe and easy with Tek-Com. Simply press the ‘outside’ speaker button to speak to your visitor, then release to listen. Your visitor can talk and listen hands–free. Has your door bell ever rung just as you got out of the shower? With Tek-Com in your home you can still answer your door quickly, safely, and with full privacy! In addition to monitoring and door answering, Tek-Com makes room–to–room communication easy and convenient. Press the ‘inside’ button on any IR-704 type station and you are speaking to all other inside stations (maximum ten ‘on’ at one time). For day care centers and small offices, remote door release is available with optional IR-704BD inside stations.
