Product Brief ISM20707S Inventek Bluetooth Family Embedding Connectivity Everywhere ISM20707 Bluetooth 4.2 Compliant SiP Module Dual Mode Support (BR/EDR/BLE) The Inventek ISM20707S SiP is a compact form factor SiP that is Bluetooth 4.2-compliant and includes a stand-alone baseband processor with an integrated 2.4 GHz transceiver. The highly integrated ISM20707S SiP with integrated antenna requires minimal external components to make a standalone (ARM CortexTM-M3 built-in) Bluetooth device with a very compact size (6.0×8.6x1.2 mm, 59 Pin LGA). The ISM20707S is the optimal solution for voice and data applications that require a UART interface along with PCM audio support. The ISM20707S transceiver’s enhanced radio performance meets the most stringent industrial temperature application requirements.
