Monday 10th October 2016 “It does not matter how slowly you go, as long as you do not stop.” Dear Parents and Carers, Our Genes for Jean and Macmillian Bake Sale were a great success. I would like to thank all of our Minerva families for your support and give a special thank you to the PTA and Ms Monerawela for organising the event. It is also a difficult time for us with Ms Scalzo having to return home because of ill health, I am pleased that Ms Hess, who worked with us all of last year, has agreed to step in and will be with us for a long while. We wish Ms Scalzo a speedy recovery and the best for the future. We would like to have a meeting with all parents on Tuesday 18 th October 2016 at 5.00pm. This meeting is extremely important as we need to discuss changes to our current site and also give an update regarding the new building. I do hope that as many parents as possible will be able to attend. Please look out for updated information in the newsletter regarding trips and events. Also look out for a more user friendly Minerva website coming very soon. Have a fantastic week. ‘Our greatest weakness lies in giving up.
