Our MAXVAX Series Hydrovac modules are user friendly, have an innovative design, are extremely reliable, and are easy to operate. The MAXVAX Series Hydrovac runs on a simplistic hydrostatic system, using electric over hydraulic operation. There are three pumps that run the entire system. These three main systems on the truck are isolated from each other (water, vacuum, auxiliary hydraulics). The MAXVAX Series Hydrovac has an efficient vacuum system design. The Roots 3,000 cfm bi-directional PD blower matched to a 6” diameter debris hose, creates an ideal material velocity of 173 mph, while only using 3 gallons of diesel fuel per hour!

Each unit is built with our Standard Exclusive “Polar Built” package, which is an insulated temperature controlled doghouse that houses the water tank, the variable speed 10GPM @ 2,500psi water pump, the self winding 3/8” water hose, the hydraulic tank, the 400,000 BTU boiler, the Roots PD blower and the silencer. Housing these components in the temperature controlled doghouse is specifically done for water temperature control and noise reduction. Operation of the MAXVAX Series Hydrovac Module is done curb side using the AmeriVac Group Inc. patent-pending SmartDig® Technology Touch Screen Display, or via the wireless remote.
The MAXVAX Series Hydrovac telescoping boom has 320 degrees of rotation and, 18 feet of reach measured off the side of the MAXVAX 1000T, NOT the center of the boom pivot. Unloading the debris tank is accomplished by using either the full opening back door, or our innovative Debris Transfer System. The MAXVAX Series Hydrovac Module has a bi-directional blower which enables the unit the option to blow off the debris via a 6” gate valve into a separate containment receptacle. Using this method is approximately a three minute debris removal.
