Dear Sirs, Sealed quotations are invited for supply of one no. “Touch smart all in one” Desktop PC and one no. “Multifunctional” Laser Jet Printer as per schedule enclosed. Subject to terms and conditions detailed as shown as under:Following information must be super scribed on the envelop containing the offer:No ED(HR & A)/MPPGCL/Pur/Enq-126/38 dt. 03.01.2014 due on dt. 20.01.2014. 2.
DUE DATE & TIME FOR RECEIPT/ OPENING OF ENQUIRY;(a) Due date & time for receipt of offer:- 20.01.2014 up to 3.00PM (b) Due date & time for opening of offer:- 20.01.2014 at 3.30PM
3. MODE OF SUBMISSION OF QUOTATION: The Quotation may be sent by post or handed over to Section Officer O/o ED(HR&A), MPPGCL, and acknowledgement be obtained on or before due date and time of receipt of offer. In case offer sent by post the same shall be addressed to O/o ED(HR&A), MPPGCL , Block No-9, Shakti Bhawan, Jabalpur, so as to reach on or before the due date and time. Quotation which does not reach this office latest by 3:00 PM on the due date will not be opened and will be retained in the office. The company will not be responsible for any delay in receipt of quotation by post whatsoever may be the reason. 4. PRICES: The price should be quoted FIRM and FOR destination for Delivery in O/o ED(HR&A), MPPGCL, Jabalpur indicating taxes if any, clearly in Schedule enclosed. The break up of the prices including all taxes and duties applicable should be indicated. 5. QUANTITY: Quantities indicated are tentative and subject to change. Also it will be at the discretion of the company to split the enquiry. 6. VALIDITY OF THE OFFER: The offer shall be kept valid for a period of 90 days (Ninty days) from the date of opening of quotation. 7. CONSIGNEE: The delivery of material is to be made to the O/o ED(HR&A), MPPGCL, Block No-9, Shakti Bhawan, Jabalpur 8. PAYMENT: Subject to completion of all formalities as per the terms of the order, 100% payment along with taxes/ duties will be made ordinarily within 45 days or on turn as per queue whichever is lesser from the date of receipt of the material. The company shall not be liable for any interest on delayed payment. The bills in triplicate shall be submitted for payment in the O/o ED (HR&A), MPPGCL. However, payment shall be released by payment releasing authority i.e. Sr. A.O. (COG&HS), MPPGCL Jabalpur. Income tax shall be deducted from the bill as per applicable rates. 9. WARRANTEE: Warrantee, if any, offered by the manufacturer shall be applicable and as per schedule enclosed. 10. SECURITY DEPOSIT :- The successful bidder , in the event of placement of order , shall be required to furnish 10% value of ordered value towards security deposit in the
form of Demand Draft in order to cover 100% payment terms and faithful performance guarantee of the supplies. 11. PENALTY:-The completion period (supply and commissioning) stipulated in our enquiry will be the essence of the order. In case of delay in executing the order the MPPGCL may be at its option recover from the supplier the sum @ ½% of the ordered value for each week or part thereof subject to maximum of 5%. 12. DELIVERY: The supply of one no. “Touch smart all in one” Desktop PC and one no. “Multifunctional” Laser Jet Printer shall be completed within 20 days from the date of receipt of order; However early deliveries shall be preferred. The delivery in schedule time will be the essence of the contract and has to be strictly adhered to by the suppliers. Company reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the quotations without assigning any reason, It shall not be obligatory for the company and its officer to accept the lowest quotations.
