Our journey to date has taken 25 years in the field of design, manufacture and installation of water leak detection and environmental monitoring systems. With the wealth of knowledge gained, J.A.M. can guide you through the design process, manufacture the products and carry out the installation to the exacting timescales of the contracting process and program. We +Arill also support the product and Client with after sales service and preventative maintenance contracts for years to come. J.A.M. Limited have also been involved with the design, supply, installation & commissioning of electric trace heating systems for a number of years, and have supplied equipment to a vast array of end users and Clients. Although originally taken on board as a supplementary product to our range of environmental monitoring systems, we rapidly gained the reputation of a professional, reliable and cost-effective supplier of trace heating in its own right. We feel the products within this brochure offer the most cost-effective solutions to current building services requirements and would encourage you to visit our website: www.jam.uk.corn to see our systems in action.
I have taken the step of releasing my personal e-mail address for anyone to contact me with comments or suggestions.

System Introduction
aTILalarin These produce are our lat est Zoned range of systems using art addressable method for irrstaliation. Each system will be easier to install with less interconnecting cable used. The control panels can simultaneously monitor our water, oil, refrigerant gas, temperature and humidity detectors The control panels are available as an i-Zone 5, capable of monitoring up to 5 detectors, or as an i-Zone 10/25 capable of monitoring between 10 and 25 detectors. Multiple i-Zane systems tan be networked together. monitored
by an 'Aqualarm' One-Touch system master control panel.

A stand alone system capable of monitoring up to 1500rn of cable and able to display the meterage reading relating to the point of contact that water has made with the detection cable with an accuracy of .1- 1 metre. This system dS0 has the added advantage of displaying a meterage reading of any open
circuits caused by damage with the same accuracy. Now also available as a ZLM-500 zoned locating module. a simplified version to allow a network of these units to monitor multiple areas, all connected back to either a 'master' i-Zone panel which will display the
alarm conditions and meterage reading of each ZLM•500, or connected to an 'Aqualarrn' One-Touch system that can also display graphic maps of the alarm locations.
amiare.,1044' This is the most comprehensive system we have produced to date We have designed this system to be netvvorked to multiple 'Aqualarm' control panels as well as being able to function as a stand alone control panel. All system functions are displayed on a 12 inch colour touch screen monitor. Powered by a PC based operating system, using Windowste, protocol, all operating manuals, service information and as installed system maps can be stored for future reference. This system can monitor all 'Aqu alarm' control panels and the full range of 'Aqual arm dctcctors, to deliver the complete package.

Universal Detectors
JAM offer a range of detectors that can be linked directly onto other control systems, i.e. BMS systems, AC controls or any control system that can provide a 24v power supply {ac or tic) and receive a volt free signal in the condition of alarm, which we categorise under 'Universal Detectors'. The Universal Detectors do not require an "Aqua!arm' control panel to monitor them. All the detectors that are shown within this product guide are available in this format. The alarm volt free signal can be raised in either a Normally Open {h1.0.} or Normally Closed (N.C.) condition.
