We will present all available services provided from the level of simple virtual office, to the level of actual physical office space in our premises. You can establish your business presence in Cyprus with either a real or a virtual office solution, according to your specific requirements.
FULL VIRTUAL OFFICE SERVICES - €150 per month Telephone answering services
Automated answering services – answering the telephone in your Business name with various voicemail options; Voice mailbox – caller can leave a message which can be sent by email; Call forwarding services – an automated voicemail will be announced before forwarding the call to another regular phone line or mobile. This transfer cannot be perceived in any way by the caller. This option allows you (virtually) to always be found in the office Answering services by our secretary – Phone will be answered in your business name, and the secretary will receive a message to be forwarded to the client.
Dedicated Fax line, Fax Reception and Forwarding You can use a dedicated Fax number to send and receive documents or other materials.
All received documents will be forwarded to your email / emails Mail Address and Mail Forwarding

Mail forwarding once a month to the mail address according to your instruction (postal disbursements are changed additionally)
Complete fully furnished office solution - €450 per month In addition to virtual office services, you may sub- lend an independent office room in our office premise around (12 sq.m.) which is centrally located in Nicosia. Fully furnished office solution includes: - All services included in the virtual office package - Fully furnished office (including wall storage) with rent agreement - Fully equipped office (PC, copy/fax/scan machine, LAN & Professional Internet connection, dedicated phone and fax lines) - Use of conference room (6 hours per month) - Email hosting (up to 3 email addresses) - Company signs outside the office & outside the buildings (extra disbursements apply for the purchase of the signs) - On-site visitor reception - IT support - Office cleaning The price includes the rent of the office space, and any utility bills fixed costs (internet connection cost, telephone and fax line fixed costs, water bill and electricity bill).
Website Design, Domain name registration, Web Hosting and Email addresses - €600 one off + annual disbursements for web hosting Get a local (“.cy” or international (“.com”) domain name that matches your specific local requirements, e-mail address (up to 5), Web hosting as well as simple Website (3 pages: i.e. “Welcome/About us”, “Our Services”, “Contact us”)
Part time or full time director(s) Director(s) will have employment agreements, and pay Social Insurance. Payment of SI (currently at 10.8%) is of paramount importance for substance. Social Insurance authorities can extract an employer’s report showing that the Cyprus company (as employer) has paid an x amount to its employees. Full time a director with specialization on the field of the activity of the client (i.e. marketing or business administration) could be employed, in order for the client to try to fully utilise this director as one of his full time employee. Having a full time employee would cost approximately eur 1.200 – 2.500 depending on specialization, experience etc. As an alternative, part time director could be employed, which he/she will perform his/her duties on a stand by basis. Cost for part time director could start from eur 300.
Additional considerations / Optional services: Bank account: it’s better to be kept in Cyprus, and bank signatory (or one of the bank signatories) to be the Cypriot director. Business card per director: Cost will be eur 100 (one off) and includes the design and print out. Logo – cost: 250 eur (one off) Letterheads, envelopes etc. upon request.
