Function Description: 1. DMX512 use 10-bit dial switch to setup the code, when the code is “0”, it is for IR remote program mode. All the other code is for DMX mode. 2. If the exchanged number is not full 10-bit number, fill “0” to make the number be 10-bit. For example: Code “127”, exchange to binary code is “ 111 111 1”, fill “0” to be “111 111 1000”. 3. Match with the 1st to 10th Switch to set the code dial switch down for “0”, dial switch up for “1” 4. The DMX640A is 4 channel controller, means one DMX640A hold 4 ID code. For example: The 1st controller ID code is “ 100 000 0000”, the 2nd controller ID code is “101 000 0000”. 5. The black color is address switch in the below diagram.
IR Remote Setup: 1. When the DMX code dial switch to be “0”, it is IR program function. 2. MODE: with 49 kinds of color change program for option. SPEED: There are 1-10 level speed for option. BRIGHT: There are 0-10 level brightness for option. Color Key: Each color change program is holded in each color key, can choose this color program directly from the color key. AUTO: All the mode changing automaticaly in turn. PAUSE: Can stop the color changing program. If continue the same mode, press PAUSE key or enter into other change mode pressing other key directly. RESET: When press RESET key 5-15 second, the controller come back to initial mode, and the speed and brightness will be back to initial mode. ON/OFF: When you press the OFF, the program is off, but the controller is still working. 3. DIY color: when the controller is in the gradual change mode, when you found your favorite color, then press the PAUSE key to pause, and then press RESET button (in 1 second), this color can be stored as the 1st changing mode. Then press PAUSE again to make the program continue. You can find this color by MODE key. When you reset another new color as saved, the former saved color will be offseted.

* The programme of the controller will be increased without notice from time to time based on the actual development needs, programme to match the actual specification of the goods subject to the actual. ATTENTION: • IR remote function, only single color or color flash, brightness can be changed. • When pressing the button, always direct the remote control towards the sensor IR and the middle interval of more than 2 seconds. There must be no obstacles between the remote control and the sensor. • Please remove the insulation sheet from the battery cabin before using. • If the range of the remote control decreases, replace the battery, if the remote control is not used for a longer period, remove the battery. • When pressing the button “off”, the lamp is still working, the power consumption is about 0.1W totally.
Connection Diagram: ( 1 ) With DMX Control Desk: The controller quantity to load is limited by DMX Control Desk. For example, if the DMX control Desk is 192 channel, so it can load 64pcs controllers maximum.

Simple Troubleshooting Guide: Problem
Check place

Color change is irregular flash
Check the singnal cable, maybe the cable is brocken inside.

Only RED color light, the blue and green color no light or a little light
Check the input voltage, maybe the input volt is lower than required

No output, the work light do not light.
Check the power input cable, maybe the Positive and negative is revised.

DMX control desk ID code is not matched with controller.
Check if the ID code of the controller is wrong, please calculate and setup the ID again.

Only can run in dimmer and brighter program, no other program output.
Set up the brightness to the highest brightness
