Job Description Store Officer Department: Location: Technical Department – Supply & Logistic Division SGN Reports to: Store Manager Main role: Monitor and delegate assigned tasks by the Supplies Manager/ Stores Controller to the respective stores. Ensure daily interim control on the issuing of P& E spares and fuel stock. Ensure controlled withdrawal of commercial shelf life items. Monitor loan and calibration of P & E tooling. Solve any discrepancy raised by the inventory/ audit section. Liase with Line Maintenance on requirement and placement of outstation stock holdings. Maintain good housekeeping of the working/ stores area. Supervision an administration of binning section. Daily bin of aircraft spares to assigned locations in accordance to Airworthiness procedures leaflet 1-8. Ensure that binned items have no external physical damage and are attached with correct part number, correct physical quantity, serviceable labels and shelf life labels (if applicable) or else, raise SDR. Responsible for re-packing of spares (if required). Re-arrange/ relocate spares within the Bonded Store. Segregation of spares category e.g. Rotable, Repairable or Consumable items. Monitors the store room temperature as per Quanlity Assurance requirement and ensure approval/ released items are binned under the correct storage conditions. Update data in AMOS. Carry out other duties as directed by immediate supervisors or Supplies Manager. Responsibilities: The Store Officer is responsible to the Store Manager for his/her activities. Working Relationships: Internal Relationship: Technical Leaders, Supply staffs, Technical staffs, External Relationship: Contractors Personal specifications: Self-disciplined – able to work effectively in a team-work Proactive and cooperative attitude Qualifications required: Knowledge, skills and experience: Graduated from a college of aviation or technical Knowledge and understanding of store requirements for A/C parts, tools , ...is preferable. Sound knowledge and understanding of CAAV and JPA regulations in material management is preferable. Good command of Microsoft Office e.g. Word, Excel.
