55K & 65K Fork Positioner Installation Kits for Toyota Masts
This sheet provides installation instructions for Cascade Installation Kits. Each kit provides hoses and tubes to connect the hydraulic system on a K-Series Fork Positioner to the reeving supply hoses on a Toyota lift truck carriage.
Installation Kit 6073580 (Series 8 1T VMast) Installation Kit 6073592 (Series 8 2T VMast) 1
Install the tube weldment to the mast internal reeving hose fittings.

Install reducer fittings to the tube ends.

Connect the hoses to the reducer fittings and fork positioner supply fittings. The hoses are equipped with reuseable fittings. If necessary, cut hoses to length.

Install the tube weldment to the carriage hose terminal bracket. Tighten capscrews to a torque of 14 ft.-lbs. (19 Nm).

Connect the mast reeving hoses to the tube fittings.

Install reducer fittings to the tube ends.

Connect the hoses to the reducer fittings and fork positioner supply fittings. The hoses are equipped with reuseable fittings. If necessary, cut hoses to length.

Install the tube weldment to the carriage hose terminal bracket. Tighten capscrews to a torque of 15 ft.-lbs. (20 Nm). Connect the mast reeving hoses to the tube fittings.
