Key Points “Parrot Zik 2.0 Stereo Bluetooth 3.0, Concert Hall Effect, Noise Control, HD Voice Headphones” Concern:  The features to swipe on the ear phone does not work consistently.  The touch sensor pad on the right hand earpiece that controls the sound is not working.  The Bluetooth skips and the touch controls don't work well they are not responsive at all Solution:  The end user should make sure that the audio player they’re using supports the AVRCP Bluetooth profile. If this profile is not supported, they won’t be able to use the touch control panel of the Zik 2.0 Headphones. Concern:  The bluetooth skips and the touch controls don't work well they are not responsive at all  Audio keeps cutting in and out Solution:  The end user should make sure the maximum distance between the Parrot Zik 2.0 and a Bluetooth audio player is maintained  It is important not to exceed 9 feet while keeping in mind the sound quality may also be affected if there are obstacles (walls, partition walls, metal, etc.) between the headphones and the smart device.  Lastly, it’s important to make sure the product is up-to-date. Solution:  This could be due to a potential battery issue however it is recommended to reboot the headphones. This is explained in the FAQ available on the Parrot website http://www.parrot.com/usa/support/parrot-zik-2/Note: To reboot, the user needs to lift up the magnetic cover on the left speaker and remove the battery from its compartment for 10 seconds. After that time, put the battery back in its compartment and turn on Zik 2.0. Please note defective batteries will be immediately replaced. You may refer to the attached “Parrot Zik 2.0 user guide”.
